A new productivity record for solar-powered vehicles took place in Australia. ‘Violet’ solar-powered vehicle developed team, 3.25kWh / 100 km energy consumption in the journey of 4.100 km.
Students from the University of New South Wales at the University of New South Wales participated in a 
competition of 5.5k Wh consumption per 100 km.
Tesla Model 3 5 Times More Efficiency is Provided!
The Australian team led the road with an average of 600 km per day in the journey of 4,100 km with 20-24 kW energy consumption. This value is 25 times more than the average vehicle in the US and 5 times more efficient than the Tesla Model 3.
