Digital Subscription Period Starts in Electricity Service in Turkey

With the environmentally friendly project, which accelerates business processes and saves on paper consumption, 427,000 liters of water will be saved every year and 20 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions will be prevented.

Zorlu Enerji, one of Turkey’s leading companies in the field of renewable energy, has broken new ground in Turkey by implementing another environmentally friendly project. With the “Digital Subscription Services” initiated by Zorlu Energy to save time and energy, 427,000 liters of water will be saved every year and 20 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions will be prevented.

All contract processes can be followed digitally

With the “Digital Subscription Services”, which aims to increase customer satisfaction, Zorlu Energy customers will be able to perform their subscription transactions without the need for a signature, view their contracts digitally, and complete many subscription processes digitally.

Customers can use ‘Digital Subscription Services’, which enables distance subscription transactions; Zorlu Energy corporate website, Electricity Retail Online Transactions page, e-government application, Call Center at 0850 933 39 99 and Customer Service Centers.

Aiming to provide its customers with a different service experience by increasing the number of digital channels, Zorlu Energy aims to digitally realize 80% of the more than 250 thousand subscription transactions it receives during the year with its “Digital Subscription Services”.
