While it was announced by OYAK Investment that the size of the public offering of Girişim Elektrik Sanayi was 459 million TL, the book-building procedures for the public offering of the shares in Girişim Elektrik were completed on 11-13 August 2021.

In the current public offering of Girişim Elektrik shares, the price is 17.00 TL, while no additional sales rights have been exercised within the framework of the public offering.

While 30% of the shares offered to the public were distributed to domestic individual, 35% to domestic corporate and 35% to foreign institutional investors, 16.9% of the shares offered to the public were purchased by IP Intercapital Markets AD, which operates in Bulgaria.
