Dr. Feyzullah Yetgin, d\u00fcn Silivri a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131nda meydana gelen ve \u0130stanbul\u2019un t\u00fcm b\u00f6lgelerinde ciddi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde hissedilen depremin olabildi\u011fince hafif atlat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, \u201cVatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z temkinli olmal\u0131, g\u00fcvenli olmayan binalara girmemeli, kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na itibar etmeli\u201d dedi. \u201cSon ya\u015fanan \u0130stanbul depremi, \u00fclkemizdeki deprem ger\u00e7e\u011fini bir kez daha hat\u0131rlatt\u0131. Topraklar\u0131n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc deprem ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131nda yer alan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, depreme haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olmak i\u00e7in kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm tek \u00e7are. Depreme kar\u015f\u0131 binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeli, g\u00fcvenli, sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131, kaliteli yap\u0131la\u015fma anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131yla hareket etmeli ve kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecini iyi de\u011ferlendirmeliyiz.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca son yasal d\u00fczenlemelerle kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmde yeni bir d\u00f6nemin ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve s\u00fcrecin h\u0131zland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyebiliriz. \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 12 Eyl\u00fcl<\/strong>\u2019de a\u00e7\u0131klanan \u2018Kentsel D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm Eylem Plan\u0131\u2019<\/strong> kapsam\u0131nda 100 bini<\/strong> \u0130stanbul’da olmak \u00fczere her y\u0131l 300 bin konutun kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131, belirlenen bu eylemle h\u00e2lihaz\u0131rda acil d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi gereken 1 milyon 500 bin konutun 5 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131. Kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn lay\u0131k oldu\u011fu \u015fekilde yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli.
