Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede TURY\u0130D \u00fcyesi restoranlardan harekete kat\u0131lanlar da, Blue Panda yelkenlisinde d\u00fczenlenen etkinlikte, \u201cAt\u0131k Azaltma Taahh\u00fctleri\u201dni a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Toplam 22 restoran, 121 \u015fube<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>WWF-T\u00fcrkiye Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Asl\u0131 Pasinli ve TURY\u0130D Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kaya Demirer\u2019in ev sahipli\u011finde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lan restoran sahipleri; Amerikan servislerin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, suyun s\u00fcrahide servis edilmesi, tek kullan\u0131ml\u0131k \u015feker paketlerinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve pipet kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 gibi taahh\u00fctlerde bulundular ve di\u011fer restoranlar\u0131 da bu harekete kat\u0131lmaya davet ettiler. Toplam 22 restoran, 121 \u015fubesiyle hareketi ba\u015flatt\u0131. <u>Taahh\u00fct edilen azalt\u0131mlar sonucunda bir y\u0131lda 2700 a\u011fa\u00e7 kesilmemi\u015f olacak; 6 ton al\u00fcminyum, 460 ton su tasarrufu sa\u011flanacak ve 42 ton daha az plastik at\u0131k \u00e7\u0131kacak.<\/u><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Asl\u0131 Pasinli: \u2018Akdeniz\u2019i kirleten at\u0131klar\u0131n %95\u2019i plastik\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>WWF-T\u00fcrkiye Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Asl\u0131 Pasinli<\/strong>, etkinlik kapsam\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada Akdeniz\u2019deki plastik kirlili\u011fine dikkat \u00e7ekerek \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cWWF\u2019in ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131l yay\u0131mlanan \u2018Plastik Kapan\u0131ndan \u00c7\u0131k\u0131\u015f: Akdeniz\u2019i Plastik Kirlili\u011finden Kurtarmak\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 raporuna g\u00f6re, Akdeniz\u2019in a\u00e7\u0131k sular\u0131n\u0131, deniz taban\u0131n\u0131 ve k\u0131y\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kirleten at\u0131klar\u0131n %95\u2019ini plastik maddeler olu\u015fturuyor. Akdeniz\u2019e k\u0131y\u0131s\u0131 bulunan Avrupa ve Afrika \u00fclkelerinde plastiklerin \u00e7o\u011fu yolculu\u011funu Akdeniz\u2019de tamamlay\u0131p deniz hayat\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck bir tehdit olu\u015fturuyor. Ne yaz\u0131k ki bu tablonun kaynaklar\u0131ndan biri de biziz. T\u00fcrkiye bir yandan Akdeniz\u2019deki plastik kirlili\u011finin sorumlular\u0131ndan biri, \u00f6te yandan Akdeniz\u2019deki plastik kirlili\u011finin en \u00e7ok etkiledi\u011fi sahiller \u00fclkemizde bulunuyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pasinli konu\u015fmas\u0131na \u015fu s\u00f6zlerle devam etti: \u201cBug\u00fcn, bu kirlili\u011fe dikkat \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in t\u00fcm Akdeniz\u2019i kat ederek \u0130stanbul\u2019a ula\u015fan Blue Panda Yelkenlisi\u2019nde, TURY\u0130D\u2019e \u00fcye restoranlar, bu kirlili\u011fi \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in atacaklar\u0131 ad\u0131mlar\u0131 duyurmak i\u00e7in bir araya geldi. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l, bireyleri tek kullan\u0131ml\u0131k plastikleri b\u0131rakmaya davet etti\u011fimiz \u201c<strong>1 G\u00fczel Hareket<\/strong>\u201d kampanyam\u0131zla 110 binin \u00fczerinde taahh\u00fct toplad\u0131k. Bug\u00fcn de bu daveti duyan, birer g\u00fczel hareket yapan restoranlarla bir araday\u0131z. Bunlar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ad\u0131mlar gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnebilir, ama bir araya geldi\u011finde anlaml\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olu\u015fturuyor. Hadi gelin, hepimiz birer g\u00fczel hareket yapal\u0131m.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Kaya Demirer: \u2018Sekt\u00f6rde at\u0131k azalt\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z\u2019<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>TURY\u0130D Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Kaya Demirer<\/strong> ise konu\u015fmas\u0131nda yeme i\u00e7me sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn at\u0131k yo\u011fun bir sekt\u00f6r oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti: \u201cHer g\u00fcn restoranlarda milyonlarca \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn yemek yeniliyor. Bunun sonucunda olu\u015fan y\u0131ll\u0131k g\u0131da, ambalaj ve plastik at\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ok ciddi rakamlara ula\u015f\u0131yor. Bu nedenle ataca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z her ad\u0131m ciddi de\u011fi\u015fiklik yaratma g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip. Yeme-i\u00e7me sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne daha bilin\u00e7li bir t\u00fcketim anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 getirmek amac\u0131yla TURY\u0130D olarak WWF-T\u00fcrkiye ile sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fczdeki at\u0131k miktar\u0131n\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131z.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zlerini \u201cBug\u00fcn \u00fcye restoranlar\u0131m\u0131z \u015fubelerinde at\u0131k azaltmaya y\u00f6nelik taahh\u00fctlerini a\u00e7\u0131klamak i\u00e7in bir araya geldi.
