Fosil yak\u0131t t\u00fcketimini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcp, yenilenebilir enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015fi h\u0131zland\u0131rman\u0131n yolu yal\u0131t\u0131mdan ge\u00e7iyor. Yal\u0131t\u0131m ile enerji t\u00fcketimi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor, fosil yak\u0131tlara duyulan ihtiya\u00e7 da azal\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadele i\u00e7in 117 \u00fclkede ba\u015flat\u0131lan k\u00fcresel iklim grevlerinin t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada fark\u0131ndal\u0131k yarat\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen <strong>\u0130ZODER Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Levent Pelesen<\/strong>, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGeli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler uzun y\u0131llar \u00f6nce ba\u015flayan yal\u0131t\u0131m seferberli\u011fi ile epey yol ald\u0131. \u015eimdi hamle s\u0131ras\u0131 bizde, bu fark\u0131 kapatmal\u0131y\u0131z. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemli nedeni enerji ithalat\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130thalat\u0131n % 20-25\u2019i oran\u0131ndaki bir pay enerji ithalat\u0131ndan kaynaklan\u0131yor. <strong>2018 <\/strong>y\u0131l\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>43 milyon<\/strong> dolar \u00f6deyerek, kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerjinin <strong>% 75.7\u2019<\/strong>sini ithal eden T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de; enerji, ithalat kalemlerinin en ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor. Bu denli d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz halde, enerjimizi maalesef verimli kullanam\u0131yoruz. Enerjinin en fazla t\u00fcketildi\u011fi alanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda da binalar geliyor. Toplam t\u00fcketti\u011fimiz enerjinin <strong>% 32&#8242;<\/strong>sini binalarda kullan\u0131yoruz. Binalarda t\u00fcketilen enerjinin <strong>% 80<\/strong>\u2019i ise <strong>\u0131s\u0131tma-so\u011futma<\/strong> i\u00e7in harcan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Konut ve i\u015fyerlerindeki enerji t\u00fcketimini \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azaltman\u0131n ve her mevsim konforlu ya\u015faman\u0131n yolu, binalar\u0131m\u0131za \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131rmaktan ge\u00e7iyor. Yal\u0131t\u0131mla k\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u0131s\u0131tma, yaz\u0131n da so\u011futma amac\u0131yla harcanan enerjiden ortalama <strong>% 50<\/strong> tasarruf sa\u011flan\u0131yor. Is\u0131tma ve so\u011futma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n daha az enerjiyle kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan kaynaklanan sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ve k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmaya katk\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2017 y\u0131l\u0131 Enerji Dengesi Raporu<\/strong>\u2019na g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin t\u00fcketti\u011fi enerji 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re <strong>% 6.8 <\/strong>artarak <strong>111.5 milyon <\/strong>TEP olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015fti. Bu enerji t\u00fcketimi i\u00e7inde bina sekt\u00f6r\u00fc <strong>%<\/strong> <strong>32<\/strong> payla \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yordu. 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda sekt\u00f6rel enerji t\u00fcketimindeki en b\u00fcy\u00fck art\u0131\u015f\u0131n <strong>% 17 <\/strong>ile konut sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olmas\u0131 ise dikkat \u00e7ekicidir.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji ithalat\u0131 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131la g\u00f6re <strong>% 15.6 <\/strong>artarak, yakla\u015f\u0131k <strong>37.2 milyar <\/strong>dolara y\u00fckseldi. Enerji t\u00fcketimindeki art\u0131\u015f ayn\u0131 zamanda sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n da artmas\u0131n\u0131 beraberinde getiriyor. <strong>T\u00fcrkiye, Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler \u0130klim De\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi \u00c7er\u00e7eve Anla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong> olan <strong>Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131<\/strong>\u2019na taraf \u00fclkeler aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Bu anla\u015fmayla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin <strong>y\u00fczde 21<\/strong>\u2019e kadar <strong>emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 taahh\u00fct\u00fc<\/strong> bulunuyor. Bu taahh\u00fcd\u00fc yerine getirmek fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131ndan ge\u00e7iyor. Fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalt\u0131l\u0131p, yenilenebilir enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015fin h\u0131zland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ise yal\u0131t\u0131m \u00f6nemli bir ara\u00e7.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de, Avrupa standartlar\u0131na uygun, enerji tasarruflu binalara sahip olabilmemiz i\u00e7in kentsel d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm s\u00fcrecini iyi de\u011ferlendirmeliyiz. in\u015fa edilecek t\u00fcm binalara CE ve ETAG belgelerine sahip, Avrupa standartlar\u0131na uygun \u00fcr\u00fcnlerle \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 yapt\u0131r\u0131rsak \u00fclkemizin toplam enerji faturas\u0131n\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k % 15 azaltmam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. B\u00f6ylece fosil yak\u0131t kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n azalmas\u0131yla hem \u00fclke ekonomisine hem de \u00e7evreye katk\u0131da bulunabiliriz.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler <strong>s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili konutlar, pasif evler<\/strong> gibi konseptlere y\u00f6nelmi\u015f durumda. AB\u2019de 2020 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n sonundan itibaren yeni yap\u0131lacak binalar\u0131n neredeyse <strong>s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili bina<\/strong> olmas\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fuluyor. Baz\u0131 \u00fclkeler bu uygulamay\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131lar bile. Neredeyse <strong>s\u0131f\u0131r enerjili bina<\/strong> konseptinde yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n \u00f6nemi \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck. \u00dclkemizde enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131nda maalesef bu noktadan \u00e7ok uzaktay\u0131z.
