Se\u00e7ilen 10 plastik \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn 2014-2018 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama ihracat\u0131 toplam 3 milyar 348 milyon dolar olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemde bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin d\u00fcnyadaki y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama ihracat\u0131 ise 175,6 milyar dolar.<\/p>\n<p>PAGEV \u0130hracat Strateji Plan\u0131\u2019nda detayl\u0131 olarak ele al\u0131nan 10 \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn, plastik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn geneline g\u00f6re daha rekabet\u00e7i \u00fcr\u00fcnler olduklar\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. T\u00fcrkiye plastik sekt\u00f6r ihracat\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fcnya toplam plastik sekt\u00f6r ihracat\u0131 i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131 be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemde ortalama y\u00fczde 0,9 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken se\u00e7ilen 10 \u00fcr\u00fcnde ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay y\u00fczde 1,9 oldu.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>T\u00fcrk plastik sanayi kilogram ba<\/strong><strong>\u015f\u0131<\/strong><strong>na 2,3 dolardan ihra<\/strong><strong>\u00e7<\/strong><strong> ederken d<\/strong><strong>\u00fc<\/strong><strong>nya ortalamas<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong> 6 dolar<\/strong><strong>\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u0130hracat potansiyeli y\u00fcksek olan 10 \u00fcr\u00fcn grubunun 2014-2018 y\u0131llar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k d\u00f6nemde d\u00fcnyadaki ortalama ihracat fiyat\u0131 kilogram ba\u015f\u0131na 6 dolarken T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ihracat fiyat\u0131 ise kilogramda 2,3 dolarda kald\u0131. D\u00fcnyada bu \u00fcr\u00fcnler neredeyse T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131 fiyata ihra\u00e7 ediliyor. T\u00fcrk plastik sanayinin, k\u0131sa ve orta vadede birim ihracat fiyat\u0131n\u0131 5 dolara y\u00fckseltmesi halinde sadece 10 \u00fcr\u00fcn grubunda ihracat gelirini iki kat\u0131ndan fazla art\u0131rarak 7 milyar dolar\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. S\u00f6z konusu 10 \u00fcr\u00fcn d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki di\u011fer ihracat kalemleri ile birlikte sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn toplam ihracat\u0131 10 milyar dolar\u0131n \u00fczerine ula\u015fabilir. PAGEV raporunda, ihracat\u0131 art\u0131racak do\u011fru stratejilerin uygulamaya konulmas\u0131 ile uzun vadede d\u00fcnya ortalamas\u0131 olan kilogram ba\u015f\u0131na 6 dolar rakam\u0131na ula\u015fman\u0131n hayal olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131, b\u00f6ylece 10 plastik \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn ihracat\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 9 milyar dolara y\u00fckselebilece\u011fi vurguland\u0131. Di\u011fer plastik ihracat kalemlerinin de eklenmesi ile sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn direkt ihracat\u0131 12 milyar dolara y\u00fckselebilir.<\/p>\n<p>PAGEV raporunda, plastik mamul ihracat\u0131n\u0131n bu seviyelere \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in uygulanabilecek stratejiler aras\u0131nda ilk olarak 10 \u00fcr\u00fcn grubunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin mevcut \u00fcretim kapasitesinin belirlenmesi amac\u0131yla bir envanter \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fine i\u015faret edildi. \u0130kinci olarak; \u00fcretici firmalar\u0131n mevcut teknoloji altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n ortaya konulmas\u0131 ve katma de\u011feri y\u00fcksek \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in gereken teknolojik yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, AR-GE ve \u00dcR-GE \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n desteklenmesi amac\u0131yla \u00f6zel te\u015fviklerin olu\u015fturulmas\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011fu dile getirildi. Plastik sanayimizin \u00fclke ekonomisi ve ihracat\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 katk\u0131y\u0131 daha \u00fcst seviyelere \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131 i\u00e7in mutlaka ve mutlaka mevcut ihracat fiyatlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 y\u00fckseltmemiz gerekiyor. Plastik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn geneline k\u0131yasla daha rekabet\u00e7i oldu\u011fumuz 10 \u00fcr\u00fcn grubunda dahi kilogram ba\u015f\u0131na ihracat gelirimiz 2,3 dolar. Biz kilogram\u0131n\u0131 2,3 dolara satarken en b\u00fcy\u00fck rakibimiz Almanya ayn\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc 6 dolara ihra\u00e7 ediyor. T\u00fcrk plastik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc Almanya\u2019n\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Avrupa\u2019n\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck ikinci \u00fcreticisi. Aradaki makas\u0131 ancak katma de\u011feri y\u00fcksek \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ihra\u00e7 ederek kapatabiliriz. K\u0131sa ve orta vadede se\u00e7ilen 10 \u00fcr\u00fcnde ihra\u00e7 fiyat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 kilogram ba\u015f\u0131na 5 dolara \u00e7\u0131karmay\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131rsak bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdeki ihracat 7 milyar dolar\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131kabilir\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ero<\/strong><strong>\u011f<\/strong><strong>lu<\/strong>, raporda incelenen 10 \u00fcr\u00fcn grubu aras\u0131nda \u00f6zellikle plastik ambalaj \u00fcr\u00fcnleri ile plastikten yap\u0131lan ev ve mutfak e\u015fyalar\u0131ndaki b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye dikkat \u00e7ekerek bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerde ihracat\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 \u00f6nlemler hakk\u0131nda \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cPlastik tek kullan\u0131ml\u0131k ve g\u0131da kaplar\u0131-kapaklar\u0131 T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ihracat kalemleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. D\u00fcnyada bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ihracat\u0131n\u0131 yapan \u00fclkelerin ortalama b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi y\u00fczde 2 iken T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 5,4 seviyesinde. Yani T\u00fcrkiye bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin ihracat\u0131nda di\u011fer \u00fclkelerden y\u00fczde 270 h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcyor. Bu \u00fcr\u00fcnlerdeki ihracat\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde yukar\u0131 \u00e7ekmemiz gerekiyor. Zaman kaybetmeden ihracat potansiyeli y\u00fcksek 10 plastik \u00fcr\u00fcn grubu listesinde yer alan \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u00f6ncelikli oldu\u011fu hedef ihracat pazarlar\u0131m\u0131zla ilgili ikili anla\u015fmalar yap\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Di\u011fer yandan uzun vadede AB\u2019nin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ikili anla\u015fmalara bizim de d\u00e2hil olabilmemiz i\u00e7in ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmas\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 var\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u0130<\/strong><strong>hracat Ana Plan<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>\u2019<\/strong><strong>ndaki 5 hedef sekt<\/strong><strong>\u00f6<\/strong><strong>r aras<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>ndaki kimyan<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong>n ihracat lideri plastik<\/strong><strong>\u2026<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>PAGEV Ba<\/strong><strong>\u015f<\/strong><strong>kan<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong> Yavuz Ero<\/strong><strong>\u011f<\/strong><strong>lu<\/strong>, <strong>Ticaret Bakan<\/strong><strong>\u0131<\/strong><strong> Ruhsar Pekcan<\/strong>\u2019\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u0130hracat Ana Plan\u0131\u2019nda 17 hedef \u00fclke ve 5 hedef sekt\u00f6r belirlendi\u011fini de hat\u0131rlatarak hedef sekt\u00f6rlerden kimya ihracat\u0131nda plastikler ve mamullerinin ilk s\u0131rada oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekti. <strong>Ero<\/strong><strong>\u011f<\/strong><strong>lu<\/strong>, \u201cGe\u00e7ti\u011fimiz y\u0131lki 17,4 milyar dolarl\u0131k kimya ihracat\u0131n\u0131n 5,9 milyar dolar\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiren plastik sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, kimya ihracat\u0131n\u0131n lideri konumunda bulunuyor. \u00dclkemizin ihracat hedeflerine ula\u015fmas\u0131nda plastikler kilit \u00f6neme sahip. Say\u0131n Bakan\u0131m\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131klanan 17 hedef \u00fclke aras\u0131nda ABD\u2019nin ilk s\u0131rada oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u0130hracat Strateji Raporumuzda da ABD\u2019nin plastik ihracat\u0131nda en \u00f6nemli hedef pazar oldu\u011fu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Tek kullan\u0131ml\u0131k \u00fcr\u00fcnler ile plastik ev ve mutfak e\u015fyas\u0131nda d\u00fcnyadaki b\u00fcy\u00fck ithalat\u00e7\u0131 ABD\u2019dir. D\u00fcnyadaki ithalat\u0131n y\u00fczde 30\u2019undan fazlas\u0131n\u0131 tek ba\u015f\u0131na ABD yap\u0131yor. \u0130hracat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131m\u0131z a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan giderek artan ticaret koruma engellerini g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bu \u00fclkede \u00fcretim lokasyon \u00e7e\u015fitlemesine gidilmesinin faydal\u0131 olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz. Ayr\u0131ca alt\u0131 \u00e7izilmesi gereken bir di\u011fer \u00f6nemli nokta kimya sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ihracat\u0131n art\u0131\u015f\u0131na duyulan ihtiya\u00e7t\u0131r.
