UEA d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmlerine g\u00f6re 1 milyon ton e\u015fde\u011fer petrol (mtep) 12 TWh enerji ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r. Tabloda \u201cTar\u0131m ve enerji d\u0131\u015f\u0131\u201d haricindeki k\u0131s\u0131mdan ula\u015ft\u0131rma sekt\u00f6r\u00fcne ait 26 mtep \u00e7o\u011funlukla i\u00e7ten yanmal\u0131 motorlar\u0131n t\u00fcketti\u011fi enerjidir. Bu motorlar\u0131n %15-20 verimli oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse, \u00e7ok daha verimli motorlar\u0131n (elektrik motorlar\u0131) olmas\u0131 durumunda bu rakam 26 mtep\u2019in 5\u2019te 1\u2019ine d\u00fc\u015fecektir. Bu elektri\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck bir co\u011frafyada bir u\u00e7tan bir uca ta\u015f\u0131mak zorunda kalabilece\u011fimiz de d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcl\u00fcrse kay\u0131plar \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek olacakt\u0131r. T\u00fcm enerji talebimizin elektrik kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 2016 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in 841 TWh, yani 841 milyar kWh iken; muhtemelen 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in de bunun %7 fazlas\u0131 900 TWh civar\u0131nda olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Peki bu enerjinin hepsini g\u00fcne\u015ften kar\u015f\u0131lamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fcd\u00fcr? \u00d6rne\u011fin 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda 100 TWh hidro, 15 TWh jeotermal, 100 TWh de r\u00fczgar olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tamamen sanal olarak \u00f6ng\u00f6rebilsek bile g\u00fcne\u015fe kalan k\u0131s\u0131m, 626 TWh olacakt\u0131r. Bu rakama enerji talep art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 dahil de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Hi\u00e7 depolama kullan\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumda, ortalama 1200 saat y\u0131ll\u0131k kapasite fakt\u00f6r\u00fcnden 521.324 MW g\u00fcne\u015f kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcne ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. Bu rakam bug\u00fcnk\u00fc toplam elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fcn 6 kat\u0131na e\u015fittir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye elektrik \u00fcretim sekt\u00f6r\u00fc y\u0131lda 7-8 milyar $ yat\u0131r\u0131m \u00e7ekiyor olsa ve g\u00fcne\u015f santrallerinin hatlar hari\u00e7 maliyeti 0,8 milyon $\/MW kabul edilse, sadece g\u00fcne\u015f i\u00e7in bile 417 milyar $ yat\u0131r\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011fu anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. En az bunun yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar da depolama yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 gerekece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. 417 milyar $ g\u00fcne\u015f \u00fcretim yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in ise 50 y\u0131l gerekecektir. Hatlar\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcrsek bu rakam 1,2 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karak 60 y\u0131la ula\u015fabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bir \u015feyin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmas\u0131 ile bir \u015feyin yap\u0131labilir olmas\u0131 her zaman ayn\u0131 olmayabilir. Mesela Jules Verne\u2019in aya seyahati 1865 y\u0131l\u0131nda yaz\u0131lm\u0131\u015f; aya ilk insanl\u0131 yolculuk ise 1969 y\u0131l\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilmi\u015ftir. Bir iktisat\u00e7\u0131ya g\u00f6re konu sadece birim fiyat, maliyet olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, bir m\u00fchendis i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli detay teknolojinin varl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ekonomik olmas\u0131 ve imkan verebilirli\u011fidir&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye t\u00fcm enerjisini elektrikle sa\u011flasa, 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 enerji talebi baz al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 900 TWh, 2017 \u00fcretiminin 3 kat\u0131 kadar, elektrik \u00fcretimine ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Her \u015feyi g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar enerjisi ile sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan yat\u0131r\u0131m ise, mevcut kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 ve teknoloji ile bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fcn 25-30 sene oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde &#8211; inan\u0131lmaz rakamlara ula\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu yorumlara bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda; daha fazla g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar kaynakl\u0131 santral yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi veya yap\u0131lamayaca\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmamal\u0131, aksine ekonomik oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrece yap\u0131labildi\u011fi kadar yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.
