Ba\u015fvurulardan program kriterlerine uygun bulunan 80 \u00f6\u011frenci kurum de\u011ferleri ve yetkinliklerinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlenebilece\u011fi \u015fekilde tasarlanan grup m\u00fclakatlar\u0131, vaka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 ve birebir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin ard\u0131ndan de\u011ferlendirme merkezine d\u00e2hil edildi. Yetkinlik bazl\u0131 se\u00e7ilen ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olarak elektrik m\u00fchendislerinden olu\u015fan 26 \u00f6\u011frenci, kariyer geli\u015fim yollar\u0131 ve yetkinliklerine g\u00f6re uygulamal\u0131 i\u015f alanlar\u0131na yerle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<h1><strong>1.893 SAAT E\u011e\u0130T\u0130M ALDILAR<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>BEDA\u015e \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Gaye K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fckkaya, alt\u0131 ay s\u00fcren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ard\u0131ndan program\u0131 tamamlayan \u00f6\u011frencilerin teknik anlamda fark\u0131ndal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131p enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc BEDA\u015e b\u00fcnyesinde deneyimleme f\u0131rsat\u0131 yakalad\u0131klar\u0131na i\u015faret ederek \u201cKat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar bu programa \u00f6zel olarak tasarlanm\u0131\u015f, 1.893\u2019lik saat s\u0131n\u0131f i\u00e7i, online ve teknik e\u011fitim sahas\u0131nda \u00f6zel e\u011fitimlere tabi tutuldu.
