Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n 1.5\u00b0C hedefini tutturmak istiyorsak, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir karasal alan y\u00f6netime ge\u00e7i\u015fin fosil yak\u0131t emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 ve kesin bir \u015fekilde azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 ile desteklenmesi gerekli. Bu konulardan sadece birinde harekete ge\u00e7mek tek ba\u015f\u0131na yeterli olmayacakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ormans\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma, turbal\u0131klar\u0131n ve di\u011fer do\u011fal ekosistemlerin yok edilmesi bir yandan karbon emisyonlar\u0131na neden olurken ayn\u0131 zamanda bug\u00fcne dek g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015f boyutta biyolojik \u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131na ve arazi bozunumuna yol a\u00e7\u0131yor. G\u0131da \u00fcretimi, savan ve otlaklar\u0131n yok edilmesinin de en \u00f6nde gelen nedenleri aras\u0131nda yer almakta.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nsanlar, k\u00fcresel boyutta buzul olmayan karasal y\u00fczeyin yakla\u015f\u0131k %72\u2019sini kullanmakta. \u0130nsan kaynakl\u0131 sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k % 23&#8217;\u00fc, ba\u015fta ormans\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rma, tar\u0131m alan\u0131 a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in habitat d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k gibi faaliyetler nedeni ile arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131 esnas\u0131nda olu\u015fmakta.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi, \u015fimdiden, artan s\u0131cakl\u0131klar, ya\u011f\u0131\u015f d\u00fczenlerinin de\u011fi\u015fmesi ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava olaylar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015flar y\u00fcz\u00fcnden g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011finin d\u00f6rt ana aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 -uygunluk, eri\u015fim, kullan\u0131m ve istikrar- do\u011frudan etkiliyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHarekete ge\u00e7mek konusunda ge\u00e7 kalmam\u0131z, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi \u00fczerindeki olumsuz etkilerini h\u0131zla art\u0131racakt\u0131r. WWF, g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve do\u011fal hayat\u0131 desteklemenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra iklim a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan g\u00fcvenli bir gelece\u011fi g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na alabilmek i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir arazi y\u00f6netimi ara\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131m \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Bu noktada iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nlemlerin temeli do\u011faya dayand\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131. \u00dclkemizde de subasar ormanlar ve sulak alanlar\u0131 \u00e7evreleyen\u00a0 t\u00fcm do\u011fal ekosistemler (a\u011fa\u00e7, \u00e7al\u0131,do\u011fal \u00e7ay\u0131rlar) ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde yerel ekonomiyi desteklerken hem insan hem de do\u011fan\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>Rapor, iklim, insan ve do\u011fan\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcnde birbirleriyle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilimsel verilerle ortaya koyuyor. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin etkilerini hafifletmek ile do\u011fa kayb\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7mek i\u00e7in birlikte hareket edilirken iklim uyumu ve g\u0131da g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konular\u0131 ile b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl bir yakla\u015f\u0131mla ele al\u0131nmal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Arazi kullan\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik azalt\u0131m se\u00e7enekleri, \u00fclkelerin Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131 \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler\u2019e sunmu\u015f olduklar\u0131 toplam azalt\u0131m se\u00e7eneklerinin %25\u2019ini te\u015fkil ediyor. S\u00f6z konusu se\u00e7eneklerin ba\u015f\u0131nda y\u00fcksek karbon depolama kapasitesine sahip turbal\u0131k, sulak alan, \u00e7ay\u0131r ve meralar ve ormanlar gibi ekosistemlerin korunmas\u0131 geliyor.
