Analiz, bu ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i senaryo \u00fczerinden %21 azalt\u0131m\u0131n nas\u0131l yap\u0131labilece\u011fini ve b\u00f6yle bir azalt\u0131m\u0131n ekonomik ve sosyal etkilerini de inceliyor.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Karbon Vergisi En Etkili \u0130klim Eylemi<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na g\u00f6re karbon vergisi uygulamas\u0131 hem emisyonlar\u0131 azalt\u0131yor hem de daha fazla istihdam ve gelir anlam\u0131na geliyor.
