E\u011fer bu teknoloji l\u00e2y\u0131k\u0131yla \u00f6\u011frenilirse y\u00fcksek kaliteli malzeme \u00fcretimi, yeni tekniklerin geli\u015ftirilmesi, madde ve izotop ay\u0131rma, bas\u0131nca ve s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa dayan\u0131kl\u0131 malzeme imal\u00e2t\u0131, elektrik, elektronik, otomatik kontrol sanayii, metal\u00fcrji, g\u00fcvenlik k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, kalite kontrol\u00fc gibi daha pek \u00e7ok alan\u0131n geli\u015fmesinde b\u00fcy\u00fck katk\u0131lar\u0131 olacakt\u0131r\u201d de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>Bug\u00fcn itibari ile t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada aktif olarak faaliyet g\u00f6steren 449 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn bulundu\u011funu dile getiren Turgut, 54 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn ise in\u015fa edilmekte oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi. \u015eu anda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan n\u00fckleer santrallerin b\u00fcy\u00fck b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn 2\u2019inci nesil oldu\u011funu aktaran Turgut, \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAkkuyu\u2019ya kurulacak olan santral 3+ nesildir. Akkuyu NGS olas\u0131 t\u00fcm senaryolar ve kombinasyonlar dikkate al\u0131narak en \u00fcst seviye g\u00fcvenlik sistemleri ile donat\u0131lacak. Santral, ulusal y\u00f6netmeliklerin ve Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi Kurumu&#8217;nun (IAEA) uluslararas\u0131 standartlar\u0131na uygun olarak ve Fukushima sonras\u0131 t\u00fcm g\u00fcvenlik gereksinimlerini kar\u015f\u0131layacak \u015fekilde in\u015fa edilecek. Santralin g\u00fcvenlik sistemleri, aktif ve pasif sistemlerini bir araya getirmektedir. Aktif g\u00fcvenlik sistemleri, g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 ile beslenirken, pasif g\u00fcvenlik sistemleri, d\u0131\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7 kayna\u011f\u0131 ve personele ihtiya\u00e7 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n gerekli ko\u015fullarda devreye girecektir. B\u00f6ylece, bu sistemler birbirini tamamlamaktad\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KOR TUTUCU \u0130LE MAKS\u0130MUM G\u00dcVENL\u0130K<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu NGS\u2019de yer alacak en \u00f6nemli ekipmanlardan biri ise kalp kapan\u0131d\u0131r (kor tutucu-core-catcher). Reakt\u00f6rlerdeki en a\u011f\u0131r kaza olan uranyumlu yak\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011fu kalp b\u00f6lgesinde erime olu\u015fup \u00e7evreyi etkilememesi i\u00e7in eriyen kalp derhal yeralt\u0131ndaki b\u00f6l\u00fcme al\u0131narak core catcher denilen yerde so\u011futulmakta ve bu suretle radyasyonun \u00e7evreye yay\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nlenmektedir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Akkuyu N\u00fckleer Santrali\u2019ni, T\u00fcrkiye Atom Enerjisi Kurumu\u2019ndan ayr\u0131 olarak yeni kurulan N\u00fckleer D\u00fczenleme Kurumu\u2019nun da denetleyece\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Turgut, \u201cN\u00fckleer santrallerde bulunan t\u00fcm bile\u015fenler uluslararas\u0131 kabul edilmi\u015f olan standartlara g\u00f6re imal edilmek zorundad\u0131r. Santralin in\u015faat\u0131, kalite kontrol testleri, sistemlerin yerle\u015ftirilmesi, so\u011fuk ve s\u0131cak testlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, yak\u0131tlar\u0131n y\u00fcklenmesi, sistemlerin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ile ilgili testlerin yap\u0131lmas\u0131, tam g\u00fcce \u00e7\u0131kma deneyleri ve g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretim lisans\u0131n\u0131n verilmesi gibi t\u00fcm a\u015famalarda N\u00fckleer D\u00fczenleme Kurumu\u2019nun onay\u0131 gerekmektedir. Bir a\u015famada ilgili problemler giderilerek d\u00fczenleme kurumundan onay al\u0131nmadan di\u011fer a\u015famalara ge\u00e7ilemez. Rusya\u2019da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan reakt\u00f6rlerdeki mevzuat T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de aynen ge\u00e7erlidir. Ayr\u0131ca d\u00fcnyadaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan reakt\u00f6rlerin mevzuat standartlar\u0131na da uyulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. En \u00fcst seviyede ise yaz\u0131l\u0131 T\u00fcrk standartlar\u0131na olan uyumu N\u00fckleer D\u00fczenleme Kurulu taraf\u0131ndan takip edilip denetlenecektir. Ayr\u0131ca, d\u00fcnyadaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6rler Uluslararas\u0131 Atom Enerjisi taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fcvenlik y\u00f6n\u00fcnden, enerji ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma d\u0131\u015f\u0131 kullan\u0131mlar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan s\u00fcrekli takip edilmekte ve denetlenmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>N\u00dcKLEER SANTRALLER\u0130N \u00c7EVRE DUYARLILI\u011eI Y\u00dcKSEK<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>N\u00fckleer santrallerin en b\u00fcy\u00fck avantajlar\u0131ndan birinin \u00e7evre duyarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funa da dikkat \u00e7eken Turgut, \u201cBir gram Uranyum-235\u2019in yakla\u015f\u0131k 4 ton k\u00f6m\u00fcre e\u015fde\u011fer enerji \u00fcretebilmesi do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz etmektedir. 1000 MW\u2019lik bir n\u00fckleer santralde kullan\u0131lan yak\u0131t miktar\u0131 300 ton. K\u00f6m\u00fcr santralinde ise bu miktar 2,5 milyon tona y\u00fckseliyor. Yenilenebilir enerjinin n\u00fckleerin rakibi de\u011fil, tamamlay\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Turgut, s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYenilenebilir enerji s\u00fcrekli de\u011fildir. N\u00fckleer santraller ise, mevsimden ve iklim \u015fartlar\u0131ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z olarak s\u00fcrekli \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilmektedir. Her zaman r\u00fczg\u00e2r esmez, g\u00fcne\u015f her zaman \u0131\u015f\u0131maz, ya\u011f\u0131\u015f her zaman bol olmaz; ama n\u00fckleer santral bunlardan etkilenmeden \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilir. Bak\u0131m d\u00f6nemleri \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131rsa, 4 \u00fcniteli bir n\u00fckleer santralin, y\u0131l i\u00e7indeki 8 bin 766 saatin, yakla\u015f\u0131k 8 bininde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131; hidrolikte bu say\u0131n\u0131n ortalama 4 bin saat; r\u00fczg\u00e2rda ortalama 3 bin; g\u00fcne\u015fte ise ortalama 2 bin 500 saat olmas\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda, n\u00fckleer enerjinin daha verimli oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, n\u00fckleer enerji santralleri ile yenilenebilir enerji santrallerini kaplad\u0131klar\u0131 alan a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, 1000 MW&#8217;l\u0131k bir n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santralinin kaplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan yakla\u015f\u0131k 3.3 kilometrekare kadard\u0131r. 1 y\u0131lda ayn\u0131 miktarda enerjiyi \u00fcretme kapasitesine sahip bir r\u00fczgar enerji santralinin kaplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan yakla\u015f\u0131k 932 kilometrekare, g\u00fcne\u015f enerji santralinin kaplad\u0131\u011f\u0131 alan ise 194 kilometrekare kadard\u0131r.*Bu kapsamda n\u00fckleer santraller hem kaplad\u0131klar\u0131 alan\u0131n az olmas\u0131, hem de enerji verimlili\u011finin y\u00fcksek olmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan olduk\u00e7a verimli bir enerji \u00e7e\u015fididir.\u201d<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
