D\u00f6nmez, bu g\u00fcc\u00fcn sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda n\u00fckleer enerjiye b\u00fcy\u00fck ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izerek konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc:&#8221;N\u00fckleer enerjiyi sadece elektrik \u00fcretimi olarak g\u00f6rm\u00fcyoruz. Sa\u011fl\u0131k, end\u00fcstri, ula\u015ft\u0131rma, haberle\u015fme, uzay teknolojileri gibi ileri teknoloji alanlarda s\u00f6z sahibi olmak, teknolojide \u00fcretim \u00fcss\u00fc olmak istiyorsak, n\u00fckleer enerjiyi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye getirmek zorunday\u0131z. Hatta ge\u00e7 kald\u0131k bile diyebiliriz. D\u00fcnya n\u00fckleerden vazge\u00e7iyor diyorlar. E\u011fer geli\u015fmeleri eksik ve tek tarafl\u0131 takip edersek bir y\u00f6n\u00fcyle do\u011fru diyebiliriz. Ancak geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkeler n\u00fckleer teknolojiyi 70 y\u0131ldan beri kullan\u0131yorlar. Bu teknolojinin nimetlerinden 70 y\u0131l boyunca yararland\u0131lar ve bug\u00fcn \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc dolduran, i\u015fletmeden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan santralleri kapat\u0131yorlar. Bug\u00fcn d\u00fcnyada halen 449 reakt\u00f6r i\u015fletme halinde ve 54 n\u00fckleer reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn de in\u015fas\u0131 devam ediyor. Enerji portf\u00f6y\u00fcm\u00fczde n\u00fckleer santraller gibi baz y\u00fck santrallerine yani y\u00fcksek verimle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan santrallere ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z var.&#8221; de\u011ferlendirmesinde bulundu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6nmez, n\u00fckleer \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131nda g\u00fcvenlik konusunun en b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6ncelik oldu\u011funun ve n\u00fckleer g\u00fcvenli\u011fi kabul edilmi\u015f b\u00fct\u00fcn prensiplerin titizlikle uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.\u00a0Ayr\u0131ca Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali&#8217;nde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak \u00fczere Rusya&#8217;ya e\u011fitime g\u00f6nderilen 88 \u00f6\u011frencinin mezun olarak i\u015f ba\u015f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisini veren D\u00f6nmez, &#8220;156\u2019s\u0131 halen e\u011fitimlerine devam ediyor. 25 \u00f6\u011frencimizi de in\u015fallah bu y\u0131l y\u00fcksek lisans i\u00e7in yine Rusya\u2019ya g\u00f6nderece\u011fiz.&#8221; dedi.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00f6nmez, Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan&#8217;\u0131n ge\u00e7en hafta \u00c7in&#8217;e yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 resmi ziyarete e\u015flik etti\u011fini ve T\u00fcrkiye ile \u00c7in aras\u0131nda n\u00fckleer enerji ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere enerjinin di\u011fer alanlar\u0131nda da i\u015f birli\u011finin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fini dile getirdi.\u00a0Her iki \u00fclkenin de bu y\u00f6nde g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir siyasi iradesi oldu\u011funa dikkati \u00e7eken D\u00f6nmez, &#8220;\u00c7in ve T\u00fcrkiye enerji konular\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir birikim ve tecr\u00fcbeye sahip. \u0130nan\u0131yorum ki, iki \u00fclkenin sinerjisi \u00f6nemli projelerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131nda \u00f6nemli bir itici g\u00fc\u00e7 olacak.&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131 D\u00f6nmez, T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin yenilenebilir enerjide kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc son 10 y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k y\u00fczde 200 art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na i\u015faret etti.\u00a0Yenilenebilir enerji kaynakl\u0131 kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 i\u00e7indeki pay\u0131n\u0131n da y\u00fczde 50&#8217;lere y\u00fckseldi\u011fini bildiren D\u00f6nmez, &#8220;Temiz enerji konusunda en fazla e\u011fildi\u011fimiz alanlardan birisi de enerji verimlili\u011fi. Enerji verimlili\u011fi bizim i\u00e7in en temiz yerli ve milli kaynakt\u0131r. Ulusal Enerji Verimlili\u011fi Eylem Plan\u0131m\u0131zdaki her bir maddenin s\u00fcratle hayata ge\u00e7mesi i\u00e7in yo\u011fun bir mesai i\u00e7erisindeyiz. Sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 ilave enerji arz\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra 2023\u2019e kadar birincil enerji t\u00fcketimimizde sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z y\u00fczde 14\u2019l\u00fck azalma sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131nda 66,6 milyon ton karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 azalt\u0131m\u0131 da sa\u011flayacak. Enerji politikalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 hi\u00e7bir zaman \u00e7evre politikalar\u0131ndan ayr\u0131 tutmad\u0131k. &#8216;Her ne pahas\u0131na olursa olsun&#8217; gibi \u00e7arp\u0131k bir anlay\u0131\u015fla de\u011fil, insan\u0131m\u0131za ve do\u011faya de\u011fer katan enerji politikalar\u0131 geli\u015ftirdik.
