Toplam 12 bin megavat r\u00fczgar devreye\u00a0 girmi\u015f, bu \u015fekilde r\u00fczgar kabiliyeti Avrupa\u2019da 190 bin megavata\u00a0 ula\u015fm\u0131\u015f. R\u00fczgar\u00a0 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u2018k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 bayrak\u2019 \u00e7ekilmesi gereklili\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz yoksa bu\u00a0 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn yava\u015f yava\u015f kaybolmaya ve \u00f6nemini yitirmeye do\u011fru gitti\u011fini\u00a0 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.
