Bunlar\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131yla \u0130zmir (2.518), Konya (2.082), Manisa (1.957), Mersin (1.628), Bal\u0131kesir (1.452), Adana (1.417) ve Antalya (1.226) takip etti.<\/p>\n<p>Platform bile\u015fenlerinden Halk Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Uzmanlar\u0131 Derne\u011fi temsilcisi Prof. Dr. \u00c7i\u011fdem \u00c7a\u011flayan, 2017\u2019de hava kirlili\u011fi kaynakl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerin t\u00fcm \u00f6l\u00fcmlere oranla en fazla oldu\u011fu illerin I\u011fd\u0131r (y\u00fczde 25,5), Kahramanmara\u015f (y\u00fczde 25,1) ve Afyon (y\u00fczde 23,7) oldu\u011funu belirtti. Raporda, bu illerdeki sanayi tesisleri, k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santraller ve evsel \u0131s\u0131nma ama\u00e7l\u0131 k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n, \u00f6zellikle co\u011frafi ko\u015fullar dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131na kirlili\u011fin ana sebebi oldu\u011fu vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>EN K\u00d6T\u00dc KAHRAMANMARA\u015e, EN \u0130Y\u0130 ARDAHAN<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerdeki veriler yetersiz oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, 2018\u2019de sekiz ildeki (Bolu, Eski\u015fehir, Kastamonu, K\u0131r\u0131kkale, K\u00fctahya, Mu\u015f, \u015e\u0131rnak, U\u015fak) hava kalitesine dair hesaplama yap\u0131lamad\u0131. 73 ildeki hava kalitesi, ulusal mevzuattaki s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlere g\u00f6re de\u011ferlendirildi\u011finde ise 44 ilde kirli hava solundu\u011fu ortaya kondu.<\/p>\n<p>Platform bile\u015fenlerinden TEMA Vakf\u0131 \u00c7evre Politikalar\u0131 B\u00f6l\u00fcm Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 \u00d6zlem Kat\u0131s\u00f6z, \u201cHavas\u0131 kirli olan Kahramanmara\u015f, Manisa ve Mu\u011fla\u2019da k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santraller i\u015fletiliyor. 2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda havas\u0131 en kirli \u015fehir olan Kahramanmara\u015f\u2019\u0131n Elbistan il\u00e7esinde, halihaz\u0131rda faal durumdaki iki k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santralin \u00e7ok yak\u0131n\u0131na alt\u0131 yeni santralin daha in\u015fa edilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Planlanan santraller yap\u0131l\u0131rsa \u015fehirdeki hava kalitesini daha da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrecek\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p>2018 y\u0131l\u0131nda DS\u00d6\u2019n\u00fcn \u00f6nerdi\u011fi hava kirlili\u011fi limit de\u011ferlerini kar\u015f\u0131layan tek il ise Ardahan. Son \u00fc\u00e7 y\u0131lda hava kalitesi iyi d\u00fczeyde olan, yani DS\u00d6 s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferlerine \u00e7ok yak\u0131n olup ulusal s\u0131n\u0131r de\u011ferleri kar\u015f\u0131layan iller ise Artvin, Rize, K\u0131r\u015fehir ve Tunceli.<\/p>\n<p><strong>KOAH VE KISIRLIK \u00dcST SIRALARDA<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hava Kirlili\u011fi ve Sa\u011fl\u0131k Etkileri: Kara Rapor\u2019da hava kirlili\u011finin neden oldu\u011fu sa\u011fl\u0131k sorunlar\u0131na da dikkat \u00e7ekildi. \u00c7ocuklar\u0131n hava kirlili\u011finden yeti\u015fkinlere g\u00f6re daha fazla etkilendi\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Platform bile\u015fenlerinden T\u00fcrk Tabipler Birli\u011fi temsilcisi Do\u00e7. Dr. Gamze Varol, hava kirlili\u011finin bebeklerde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck do\u011fum a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131, otizm, diyabet (Tip 1), ani bebek \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc sendromu, ast\u0131m, KOAH, bron\u015fiolit ve bron\u015fit, zat\u00fcrre ve zeka gerili\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclme riskini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi.<\/p>\n<p>Hava kirlili\u011finden kaynaklanan hastal\u0131klar aras\u0131nda en s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclenleri alt solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131 ve KOAH. T\u00fcm alt solunum yolu enfeksiyonlar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin y\u00fczde 27.5\u2019ini ve t\u00fcm KOAH \u00f6l\u00fcmlerinin y\u00fczde 26.8\u2019ine hava kirlili\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131.
