AREA; ulusal so\u011futma, klima ve \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 dernekleri, m\u00fcteahhitleri ve teknisyen\/m\u00fchendislerini temsil eden bir Avrupa konfederasyonu ve 23 ulusal derne\u011fin sesidir. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n May\u0131s ay\u0131nda Dublin\u2019de yap\u0131lan AREA Genel Kurul toplant\u0131s\u0131nda SOS\u0130AD\u2019\u0131n \u00fcyeli\u011fi oy birli\u011fi ile kabul edildi. AREA\u2019ya \u00fcye olduktan sonra yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler sayesinde Real Alternatives 4 LIFE Projesi\u2019nde sosyal ortak olarak yer almak istedi\u011fimizi belirttik. Basit bir kay\u0131t i\u015fleminden sonra bu platformdan 250 sayfal\u0131k T\u00fcrk\u00e7e e\u011fitim dok\u00fcmanlar\u0131 PDF format\u0131nda elde edilebilir. Projenin ikinci aya\u011f\u0131, e\u011fitim ziyaretleriydi. Bu kapsamda SOS\u0130AD \u00fcyesi kurulu\u015flardan se\u00e7ilen d\u00f6rt arkada\u015f\u0131m\u0131z Bel\u00e7ika, \u0130talya ve Almanya\u2019da CO<sub>2<\/sub> ve hidrokarbon cinsi so\u011futkanlara uygun servis teknikleri konusunda e\u011fitim ald\u0131 ve yetkili e\u011fitmen olarak sertifikaland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ayak ise e\u011fitimcilerin e\u011fitimi program\u0131yd\u0131. Bu kapsamda proje merkezi IOR (Institute of Refrigeration) taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen t\u00fcm fiziki ve teknik e\u011fitim altyap\u0131s\u0131 tamamlanarak 12-14 Mart 2019 tarihleri aras\u0131nda Friterm Akademi\u2019de e\u011fitimcilerin e\u011fitimi program\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015far\u0131yla tamamlad\u0131k. Programa IOR\u2019dan Real Alternatives 4 LIFE Proje Koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc Raluca Sisiu ve ATF \u0130talyan So\u011futma Teknisyenler Birli\u011fi\u2019nden Marino Bassi g\u00f6zlemci olarak kat\u0131ld\u0131. \u00c7ok ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir e\u011fitimdi. En \u00f6nemlisi de e\u011fitimcilerin e\u011fitimi program\u0131n\u0131n ilki T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 o kadar ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bulundu ki, projenin sosyal ortaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclkelerinde yap\u0131lacak olan e\u011fitimlere d\u00fczenledi\u011fimiz e\u011fitim \u015fablon olarak proje koordinat\u00f6r\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan bir raporla bildirildi. Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan e\u011fitimcilerin e\u011fitimi program\u0131, bizim i\u00e7in gurur verici bir organizasyon oldu\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>2017\u2019de ba\u015flayan Real Alternatives 4 LIFE Projesinin 2020\u2019de sona erece\u011fini belirten \u0130sa s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cAlternatif ve do\u011fal so\u011futucu ak\u0131\u015fkanlar uluslararas\u0131 y\u00f6netmelik ve standartlar\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc baz\u0131 k\u0131s\u0131tlamalar nedeniyle yayg\u0131nla\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131. Ancak temel sorun bu konuda servis verecek olan teknik elemanlar, yeterli bilgiye sahip de\u011fil. Projenin genel amac\u0131 da \u00f6nce e\u011fitimcilerin e\u011fitimini verip bu e\u011fitimcilerin de sahada \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak olan ki\u015fileri e\u011fitmesini sa\u011flamak. Bu proje ile t\u00fcm Avrupa \u00e7ap\u0131nda 228 bin ki\u015fiye bu konuda e\u011fitim verilmesi planlan\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca so\u011futma sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nma potansiyeline sahip alternatif ve do\u011fal so\u011futucu ak\u0131\u015fkanlara do\u011fru ge\u00e7i\u015fi, do\u011fru teknikler kullanarak sistemlere m\u00fcdahale edilmesi ve R32 dahil, CO<sub>2<\/sub>, amonyak, hidrofloroolefin denilen so\u011futkanlara uygun servis y\u00f6ntemlerinin verilebilmesi hedefleniyor. Friterm Akademi\u2019de d\u00fczenlenen e\u011fitimcilerin e\u011fitimi program\u0131 sonucunda yap\u0131lan teorik ve uygulamal\u0131 s\u0131navda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olan 15 e\u011fitimcimiz, yetkili e\u011fitmen sertifikas\u0131 almaya hak kazand\u0131. Bundan sonraki a\u015famada, bu konuda e\u011fitim vermek isteyen ve proje merkezi IOR\u2019un fiziki ve teknik olarak standartlar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layan kurumlar yetkili e\u011fitim merkezi olarak proje taraf\u0131ndan lisans alt\u0131na al\u0131nabilecek ve bu konuda e\u011fitim verebilecek. Zaten yetkili e\u011fitmen sertifikal\u0131 15 e\u011fitmenimiz var, bu e\u011fitmenlerimiz de yetkilendirilen e\u011fitim merkezi veya merkezlerinde e\u011fitmen olarak g\u00f6rev alabilecek. LIFE ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda AB taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen bir proje olan Real Alternatives 4 LIFE, T\u00fcrkiye de dahil olmak \u00fczere \u0130ngiltere, \u0130talya, Portekiz, Slovakya, \u00c7ekya, Hollanda gibi bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkeye hitap ediyor. Nihai hedef, projenin yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131. Projenin T\u00fcrkiye aya\u011f\u0131n\u0131 temsil eden SOS\u0130AD, national lead (ulusal lider) olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla yetkilendirilecek olan e\u011fitim merkezlerinin muhakkak SOS\u0130AD\u2019\u0131n s\u00fczgecinden ge\u00e7ip, onaylan\u0131p, proje merkezi IOR\u2019a bildirilmesi gerekiyor.
