Toplanabilirlik sorunu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda mevcut potansiyelin 5 bin MW\u2019lik k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7irilmesinin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu hesaplan\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 biyok\u00fctle enerjisi hedefinin de 1130 megavat oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan yetkililer, kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 811 megavata ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bilgisini payla\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>At\u0131klar\u0131n enerjiye \u00e7evrilmesinde ba\u015fl\u0131ca iki y\u00f6ntem tercih ediliyor: Termokimyasal ve biyokimyasal. Enerji \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yetkililerinin verdi\u011fi bilgiye g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kurulu bulunan tesislerin y\u00fczde 33\u2019\u00fc termokimyasal, kalan\u0131 ise biyokimyasal y\u00f6ntemi kullan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DEVLET DESTE\u011e\u0130NDE REV\u0130ZYON<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de At\u0131ktan Enerji Potansiyeli: F\u0131rsatlar ve \u00d6neriler \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u0131 kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin at\u0131ktan enerji potansiyelini hayata ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan te\u015fvikleri de ele ald\u0131lar. 2005 y\u0131l\u0131nda devreye giren ve 31 Aral\u0131k 2020\u2019de sona erecek Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 Destekleme Mekanizmas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n (YEKDEM), revize edilerek uzat\u0131lmas\u0131 gere\u011fine vurgu yapt\u0131lar.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc yetkilileri, YEKDEM sonras\u0131nda biyok\u00fctleye y\u00f6nelik devlet desteklerinin kaynak ve teknoloji ayr\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131larak verilmesi \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Yetkililerinin verdi\u011fi bilgiye g\u00f6re YEKDEM sonras\u0131 d\u00f6nemde biyok\u00fctle enerjisine y\u00f6nelik destekler, biyometanizasyon, landfill ve termal olarak \u00fc\u00e7 grup alt\u0131nda toplanarak belirlenecek.<\/p>\n<p>Yetkililer, yenilenebilir kaynaklar\u0131n desteklenmesinde devletin \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir piyasa, arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ve yerlile\u015fme olmak \u00fczere \u00fc\u00e7 \u00f6nceli\u011fi bulundu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdiler. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u2019da aktar\u0131lan bilgiye g\u00f6re yerli girdi kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla yerli teknoloji ve yerli aksam deste\u011fi, YEKDEM sonras\u0131nda da s\u00fcrecek.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ARAZ\u0130 SORUNU YAKMAYI GEREKL\u0130 KILIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay\u2019a kat\u0131lan \u00c7evre ve \u015eehircilik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 S\u0131f\u0131r At\u0131k Y\u00f6netimi yetkilileri, at\u0131ktan enerji elde edilmesinin enerjiden \u00f6nce bir \u00e7evre meselesi oldu\u011funa i\u015faret etti.
