Santral, merkezin binas\u0131nda bulunan \u0131s\u0131tma-so\u011futma sistemleri ve f\u0131r\u0131nlarda t\u00fcketilen elektri\u011fin bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131larken, t\u00fcketimin olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerde ise \u00fcretti\u011fi elektri\u011fi \u015febekeye aktaracak \u015fekilde kuruldu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Standart bir binaya g\u00f6re y\u00fczde 39 daha az enerji t\u00fcketiyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve donan\u0131ml\u0131, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n da say\u0131l\u0131 Ar-Ge merkezleri aras\u0131nda yer alan \u015ei\u015fecam Bilim Teknoloji ve Tasar\u0131m Merkezi, sahip oldu\u011fu \u201cLeed Gold\u201d sertifikas\u0131yla ye\u015fil bir bina ve standart bir binaya g\u00f6re % 39 daha az enerji ve % 85 daha az su t\u00fcketmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca karbondioksit sens\u00f6rlerinin yard\u0131m\u0131yla birim alandaki ki\u015fi say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re havaland\u0131rma yap\u0131lan binada verimli ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam\u0131 sunuyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015ei\u015fecam Toplulu\u011fu\u2019nun ilk g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrali ise Kas\u0131m 2017\u2019de Mersin\u2019deki D\u00fczcam fabrikas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131na kuruldu.
