Bunun i\u00e7in enerji t\u00fcketimini azaltma faaliyetlerimiz ve aray\u0131\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z aral\u0131ks\u0131z devam ediyor. Bu sebeple gerekli altyap\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131, yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n performans\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi ve takip edilmesi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ortam ve \u015fartlar\u0131n\u0131 geli\u015ftirici faaliyetler, yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n t\u00fcm organizasyona yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve t\u00fcm bu faaliyetlerin b\u00fct\u00fcn i\u00e7inde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bir par\u00e7as\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme iste\u011fimizle birlikte daha etkin bir enerji y\u00f6netimi iste\u011fi i\u00e7indeyiz. Bu nedenle enerji maliyetlerinin mevcut haliyle, tam yat\u0131r\u0131m yapma zaman\u0131\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>2018&#8217;de yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Aydo\u011fdu, \u201cSilenta Extr\u00fczyon sessiz boru hatt\u0131 gibi yeni yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131m\u0131zda, enerji kullan\u0131m seviyesi en verimli motor ve gruplar\u0131 se\u00e7erek enerji verimlili\u011fi \u00fczerinde duruyoruz. Enerji t\u00fcketimi izleme sistemi kurduk; bir PLC program yard\u0131m\u0131 ile anl\u0131k olarak ve ge\u00e7mi\u015fe d\u00f6n\u00fck data alabilecek \u015fekilde so\u011futma suyu, bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 hava ve elektrik t\u00fcketimlerini izleyip olas\u0131 dalgalanmalar\u0131 takip edip \u00f6nlemler al\u0131yoruz. \u00d6zellikle \u00c7erkezk\u00f6y fabrikam\u0131zda enerji analiz\u00f6rleri yard\u0131m\u0131 ile elektrik t\u00fcketimini, i\u015f merkezi bazl\u0131 izleme yap\u0131p, t\u00fcketimleri kontrol edebiliyoruz. Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ba\u015fka bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma da, t\u00fcm kompres\u00f6rlerin convert\u00f6rl\u00fc yap\u0131ya d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmesi oldu ki bu yap\u0131, enerji ihtiyac\u0131na g\u00f6re enerji \u00fcretimi sa\u011flayan, paralel bir sistem olup kompres\u00f6rlerin enerji t\u00fcketimlerini optimum seviyede tutmam\u0131z\u0131 sa\u011fl\u0131yor. Ayr\u0131ca ayd\u0131nlatma i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z led sistemlerine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 ile toplam ayd\u0131nlatma maliyetlerimizde 19% oran\u0131nda iyile\u015fme; verimlili\u011fi daha y\u00fcksek, frekans convert\u00f6rl\u00fc vakum pompalar\u0131 ile toplam vakum enerji t\u00fcketimini 49% oran\u0131nda azaltt\u0131k.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Enerji tasarruf programlar\u0131na 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7inde 1 milyon TL \u00fczerinde destekleyici yat\u0131r\u0131m yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirten Kenan Aydo\u011fdu, 2019\u2019da da \u00f6zellikle so\u011futma gruplar\u0131 ve sistemlerine y\u00f6nelik tasarruf ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlara y\u00f6nelmeyi planlad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belirtti.<\/p>\n<p>Aydo\u011fdu ayr\u0131ca, \u00f6zellikle yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131na yat\u0131r\u0131m konusunda devlet te\u015fviki ve y\u00f6nlendirmesinin \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu vurgulayarak,\u201cG\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm sistemleri-Solar System- san\u0131r\u0131m bu anlamda \u00f6zellikle <strong>end\u00fcstriyel \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fcreten kurulu\u015flar\u0131n<\/strong> y\u00f6nlenebilece\u011fi bir alan gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcyor.
