Hakman, \u201cSHURA taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda da T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektri\u011finin %50\u2019sinin r\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f ve di\u011fer yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan sa\u011flanabilece\u011fi ortaya konulmu\u015ftu. BloombergNEF\u2019in ara\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 ise SHURA\u2019n\u0131n bulgular\u0131n\u0131 destekliyor ve \u00e7\u0131tay\u0131 daha da y\u00fckseltiyor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>SHURA Enerji D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc Merkezi Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc De\u011fer Sayg\u0131n ise, 2018\u2019de ve 2019 Ocak ay\u0131nda yay\u0131nlad\u0131klar\u0131 raporlara de\u011finerek enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcnde T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin potansiyelini, hangi yat\u0131r\u0131mlara ihtiya\u00e7 duyuldu\u011funu anlatt\u0131. Sayg\u0131n, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin enerji d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne h\u0131z kazand\u0131rmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri \u015f\u00f6yle \u00f6zetledi:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBloombergNEF\u2019in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar yat\u0131r\u0131m maliyetlerindeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn devam edece\u011fini ortaya koyuyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f potansiyelinden yararlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in, ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bir\u00e7ok \u00fclke \u00f6rne\u011finde oldu\u011fu gibi, uzun vadeli planlamay\u0131 \u00f6nceliklendirmesi \u00f6nemli. Bu plan\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irebilmek i\u00e7in daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir d\u00fczenleyici \u00e7er\u00e7eve belirlenmeli. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evenin de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de enerjinin yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131n\u0131n yenilenebilir kaynaklardan \u00fcretilmesi i\u00e7in gereken esnekli\u011fi sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenlenmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck fayda sa\u011flayacak.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Katherine Poseidon ise \u015funlar\u0131 s\u00f6yledi: \u201cBNEF\u2019in Yeni Enerji G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc modelinin en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli senaryosuna g\u00f6re, yenilenebilir enerjideki d\u00fc\u015fen teknoloji maliyetleri sayesinde 2050\u2019de T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin %88\u2019i s\u0131f\u0131r karbon emisyonlu kaynaklardan sa\u011flanabilir. 2023\u2019te ise yeni kurulan r\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f santrallerinden \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fin maliyetinin yeni k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallerine g\u00f6re daha ucuz olabilece\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Halihaz\u0131rda ise yeni g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczgar santrali kurmak, kombine do\u011falgaz \u00e7evrim santrallerinin i\u015fletiminden daha ucuz.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>S\u0131f\u0131r emisyonlu elektrik \u00fcretiminin pay\u0131 %88<\/h2>\n<p>Bununla birlikte raporda 2018 ile 2050 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki yeni kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 276 milyar dolar olabilece\u011fi belirtiliyor. Ayr\u0131ca \u00fcretimde yenilenebilir kaynaklar\u0131n pay\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik sisteminde daha fazla esnekli\u011fe ihtiya\u00e7 duyulaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131 \u00e7iziliyor. Do\u011falgaz\u00a0 santralleri de bu esnekli\u011fe k\u0131smen katk\u0131da bulunabilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Bunun yan\u0131nda BloombergNEF\u2019in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re batarya depolama sistemleri gibi geli\u015fmeler esnekli\u011fin art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda rol oynayacak ve toplam elektri\u011fin % 88\u2019inin sera gaz\u0131 emisyonuna sebep olmayan kaynaklardan \u00fcretilmesine imkan verecek. Di\u011fer bir esneklik kayna\u011f\u0131 olan batarya depolama sistemleri, toplam elektri\u011fin %88\u2019nin sera gaz\u0131 emisyonuna sebep olmayan kaynaklardan yap\u0131lmas\u0131na olanak sa\u011flayacakt\u0131r.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Etkinlik kapsam\u0131nda ayr\u0131ca SHURA Enerji D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc Merkezi Y\u00f6nlendirme Komitesi Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Selahattin Hakman, Limak Enerji Grubu CEO\u2019su Birol Erg\u00fcven, Borusan EnBW Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mehmet Acarla ve Enerji Ticareti Derne\u011fi Kurucu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve Ba\u015fkan Vekili Mustafa Karahan\u2019\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u2018T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin Uzun Vadeli Enerji Planlamas\u0131 Nas\u0131l G\u00fc\u00e7lendirilir ve Yat\u0131r\u0131m Risklerinin \u00dcstesinden Nas\u0131l Gelinir\u2019 ba\u015fl\u0131kl\u0131 oturum d\u00fczenlendi.<\/p>\n<h2>Enerji talebi 30 y\u0131lda iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kacak<\/h2>\n<p>2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn yar\u0131s\u0131ndan biraz fazlas\u0131n\u0131n fosil yak\u0131tlar\u0131ndan olu\u015ftu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekilirken, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda yenilenebilir enerjinin toplam kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7teki pay\u0131n\u0131n %68 seviyesine ula\u015fabilece\u011fi vurgulan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>2017 ile 2050 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ekonomi ve n\u00fcfus art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sebebiyle elektrik talebinin g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze oranla iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131n (%126 artmas\u0131) beklendi\u011fi belirtiliyor. 2023 itibar\u0131yla elektrik talebindeki art\u0131\u015fa ra\u011fmen elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015febilece\u011finin alt\u0131 \u00e7iziliyor.<\/p>\n<h2>G\u00fcne\u015f yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 do\u011falgazdan ucuz olacak<\/h2>\n<p>Rapora g\u00f6re, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam elektrik kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 2017 ile 2050 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda iki kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Onshore r\u00fczgar (%25) ve g\u00fcne\u015f (%25) enerjisi kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin pay\u0131n\u0131n toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn yar\u0131s\u0131na denk gelmesi bekleniyor.
