Bu durumda Avrupal\u0131 metrekarede 15 kw enerji harcarken, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yal\u0131t\u0131ms\u0131z binalarda enerji t\u00fcketimi 350 kw\u2019a \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>Yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 uygun malzeme ile yap\u0131lmayan binalarda enerji tasarrufu en fazla y\u00fczde 20 ile 280 kw olurken, do\u011fru malzeme ama d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck santimetre \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc ile bu oran 175 kw\u2019a gerileyebiliyor. 100 metrekarelik bir dairenin \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m maliyeti 3 bin lira ile 4 bin lira aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<strong><br \/>\nTe\u015fvik mekanizmas\u0131 var<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<br \/>\nBinalarda enerji performans y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi gere\u011fi yeni binalar hemen, eski binalar ise en ge\u00e7 2017 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar \u201cEnerji Kimlik Belgesi\u201d almak zorunda. Is\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 zorunlu k\u0131lan bir di\u011fer geli\u015fme ise Kyoto Protokol\u00fc. Protokol gere\u011fi sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleyecek \u00e7evreci yat\u0131r\u0131mlar h\u0131z kazanacak. Mevcut binalarda ise metrekarede ortalama 30-40 lira maliyet hesaplan\u0131yor. Bu da 100 metrekarelik bir daire i\u00e7in ortalama 3 bin lira ile 4 bin lira aras\u0131nda bir maliyet olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Faturadan elde edilen tasarrufla k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise sistemin kendisini ortalama 3 y\u0131lda amorti etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor ve bu tasarruf \u00f6m\u00fcr boyu devam ediyor. \u00dcstelik hen\u00fcz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma halinde olmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n, Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 azenerji t\u00fcketenlerin enerjiyi daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck fiyatla kullanmas\u0131na y\u00f6nelik imkanlar\u0131 tart\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/div>\n<div><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong>100 liral\u0131k fatura 50 liraya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<br \/>\nYal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 do\u011fru yap\u0131lan binada 100 liral\u0131k fatura 50 liraya d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Yal\u0131t\u0131m do\u011frumalzemelerle yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ise enerji maliyeti 100 lirada sadece 20 lira a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya \u00e7ekiliyor.
