Halk aras\u0131nda n\u00fckleer at\u0131klara kar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir dayan\u0131\u015fma olu\u015fmu\u015f. Gorleben\u2019in i\u00e7inde oldu\u011fu Wendland b\u00f6lgesindeki \u00e7ift\u00e7ilerin g\u00fcne\u015f panelleri ve biyogaz tesisleri ile \u00fcrettikleri enerji, t\u00fckettiklerinden fazla. Tieske ve direni\u015f\u00e7iler bug\u00fcne kadar n\u00fckleer at\u0131k deposuna kar\u015f\u0131 bir dizi dava a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f. Kimini kazanm\u0131\u015f kimini kaybetmi\u015f. Yer alt\u0131 deposunun yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 alanla ilgili imar ve m\u00fclkiyet sorunlar\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten Hatopp, sonbahardaki se\u00e7imlere kadar \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n donduruldu\u011funu belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Almanya\u2019da bug\u00fcne kadar d\u00f6rt depolama yeri belirlenmi\u015f: Morsleben, Asse, Konrad ve Gorleben. Yine bir tuz kayas\u0131 i\u00e7ine oyulan Asse\u2019de yerin alt\u0131na 12 bin litre su s\u0131zm\u0131\u015f. Depodaki tuz eriyince 126 bin varil n\u00fckleer at\u0131k kaybolmu\u015f. At\u0131klar\u0131n yerini belirlemek i\u00e7in milyonlarca avro harcanan ve iki y\u0131l s\u00fcren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan sonu\u00e7 al\u0131namam\u0131\u015f. Benzer bir kazan\u0131n Gorleben\u2019de olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in Alman uzmanlar i\u015fi s\u0131k\u0131 tutuyor.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcvenlik brifingi ald\u0131ktan, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 tulum, \u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131 baret ve botlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 giydikten sonra asans\u00f6rle yerin alt\u0131na iniyoruz. Tesisteki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 y\u00fcr\u00fcten \u00f6zel \u015firketin jeolo\u011fu Chiristian Islinger, yerin 840 metre alt\u0131nda, tesisin gecikmesine sebep olan belirsizlikleri anlat\u0131yor. Islinger 23 sene \u00f6nce i\u015fe girdi\u011finde, 8 senede deponun bitece\u011fi s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f. Oysa o, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n tamamlanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in en az 10 y\u0131la daha ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funu belirtiyor. Sonras\u0131nda da ne kadar vakit alaca\u011f\u0131 bilinmeyen bir lisans s\u00fcrecine ge\u00e7ilecek.<\/p>\n<h2>\u0130ni\u015f pisti yapmadan u\u00e7ak u\u00e7urduk<\/h2>\n<p>Tecr\u00fcbeli jeolog, at\u0131klar\u0131n nas\u0131l bertaraf edilece\u011fi belirlenmeden n\u00fckleer santral kurmay\u0131, ini\u015f pisti olmadan u\u00e7ak u\u00e7urmaya benzetiyor. Islinger\u2019in verdi\u011fi bilgilere g\u00f6re burada n\u00fckleer at\u0131klar\u0131n tuza g\u00f6m\u00fclerek nihai bertaraf\u0131 hedeflenmi\u015f. Tuzun katmanlar\u0131 iyi bir yal\u0131tkan oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, di\u011fer kaya t\u00fcrlerine 200 dereceye kadar s\u0131cakl\u0131ktaki n\u00fckleer at\u0131klar g\u00f6m\u00fcl\u00fcrken, burada 400 derecedeki at\u0131klar g\u00f6m\u00fclebilecek. Tabii n\u00fckleer santralden \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan at\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa inmesi i\u00e7in 30-40 sene beklemesi gerekiyor. Bug\u00fcne kadar 600 bin ton tuz \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan depo, 500 metreye 800 metre boyutlar\u0131nda bir maden g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fcnde. Duvarlara yerle\u015ftirilen sens\u00f6rlerle tuz tabakas\u0131n\u0131n hareketleri inceleniyor. Islinger ilk olarak demir ve betonla desteklenen bir koridorda duruyor. Depoyu olu\u015fturan tuz k\u00fctleleri aras\u0131nda antrasit kaya\u00e7lar\u0131 bulundu\u011funu, buralardan s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 riski olabilece\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Depo alan\u0131nda m\u00fchendisleri teredd\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcren di\u011fer bir unsur da kayalar\u0131n aras\u0131ndan s\u0131zan petrol t\u00fcrevi s\u0131v\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bunun n\u00fckleer at\u0131klarla reaksiyona girmesinden endi\u015fe ediliyor. Madende 900 metre seviyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor. S\u0131cakl\u0131k 38 derece. Bu seviyeden 400 metre daha a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da yap\u0131lan kaz\u0131lar ise se\u00e7imlere kadar durdurulmu\u015f. Bakanl\u0131k, 500 y\u0131l n\u00fckleer at\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karabilece\u011fi bir yap\u0131 istemi\u015f. Islinger\u2019in verdi\u011fi bilgiye g\u00f6re burada 300 bin sene \u00f6nce kal\u0131n bir buzul tabakas\u0131 varm\u0131\u015f. Tecr\u00fcbeli m\u00fchendis, \u201cBir o kadar y\u0131l sonra kimse bu b\u00f6lgenin ne durumda olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyemez.\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kulaklara bas\u0131n\u00e7 yaparak y\u00fckselen asans\u00f6rle yery\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131ktan sonra hemen yak\u0131ndaki ge\u00e7ici depolama tesisine gidiyoruz. Tesisi, n\u00fckleer santrallerin de sahibi olan Almanya\u2019daki 4 b\u00fcy\u00fck enerji tedarik\u00e7isi \u015firketin ortak oldu\u011fu ayr\u0131 bir \u00f6zel \u015firket i\u015fletiyor. Bu \u015firketin Gorleben Deposu Halkla \u0130li\u015fkiler M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Jurgen Aver e\u015fli\u011finde bir ter\u00f6r sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6zenle korunan tesisi geziyoruz. Foto\u011fraf makinesi ve cep telefonlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 b\u0131rakt\u0131ktan sonra refakat\u00e7imizin ve bizim kartlar\u0131m\u0131zla a\u00e7\u0131lan \u00fc\u00e7 ayr\u0131 kap\u0131dan ge\u00e7tikten sonra at\u0131klar\u0131n depoland\u0131\u011f\u0131 fabrika g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcndeki b\u00fcy\u00fck kapal\u0131 alana var\u0131yoruz. Burada k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131, mavi ve sar\u0131 boyal\u0131 3-4 metre y\u00fcksekli\u011finde \u00e7elik t\u00fcpler bulunuyor. Bunlar \u00e7elik ve grafit ala\u015f\u0131m\u0131yla imal edilmi\u015f castor ad\u0131 verilen saklama kaplar\u0131. Avner, bu kaplar\u0131n tanesinin 2,5 milyon avro oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Avner\u2019e g\u00f6re castorlar her t\u00fcrl\u00fc d\u0131\u015f etkiye kar\u015f\u0131 \u00f6zenle dizayn edilmi\u015f. Her bir kab\u0131n konuldu\u011fu yerin y\u0131ll\u0131k kiras\u0131 da 25 bin avro. Tesiste 1512 tonu y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc, toplam 6 bin 500 ton n\u00fckleer at\u0131k bulunuyor. At\u0131klar 108 adet castorda saklan\u0131yor. Yak\u0131nda \u0130ngiltere\u2019den 24 castor daha gelecek.<\/p>\n<h2>D\u00fcnyada nihai depo yok<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00fckleer at\u0131klar\u0131n bu kaps\u00fcllere doldurulmas\u0131 i\u015flemi \u0130ngiltere ve Fransa\u2019da yap\u0131l\u0131yor. At\u0131klar\u0131n, Gorleben\u2019e nakli s\u0131ras\u0131nda medyaya da yans\u0131yan b\u00fcy\u00fck protesto g\u00f6sterileri ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Y\u00fcksek g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc at\u0131klar tesisteki toplam radyasyon miktar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131n\u0131 bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131yor. Castordan daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck 1,30 metre uzunlu\u011funda, 43 cm \u00e7ap\u0131ndaki saklama kaplar\u0131na kokillen ad\u0131 veriliyor. K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck par\u00e7alara ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f n\u00fckleer at\u0131klar camla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131larak bu kaplara dolduruluyor. 28 kokillen bir castorun i\u00e7ine giriyor. \u0130ki kab\u0131n aras\u0131na helyum gaz\u0131 bas\u0131l\u0131yor. Tesisteki detekt\u00f6rler her bir castorda s\u0131z\u0131nt\u0131 olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 izliyor. Fakat bu kadar kal\u0131n ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc kaplara ra\u011fmen radyasyonun y\u00fczde 10\u2019u tesis d\u0131\u015f\u0131na s\u0131z\u0131yor. Avner\u2019e g\u00f6re s\u0131zan miktar, Almanya\u2019da g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc do\u011fal radyasyonu olan b\u00f6lgelerin alt\u0131nda bir de\u011ferde. Tesiste radyasyon \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc d\u0131\u015f mek\u00e2nda yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Tesislerin Almanya\u2019n\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck nehirlerinden Elbe\u2019nin yak\u0131n\u0131nda olmas\u0131 da endi\u015feleri art\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Tesiste castor ad\u0131 verilen kaps\u00fcllerin g\u00f6m\u00fclece\u011fi, tuzdan etkilenmemesi i\u00e7in \u00fczerlerinin kaplanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir pilot tesis kurulmu\u015f. Burada kaps\u00fcller polox ad\u0131 verilen teknikle uygun h\u00e2le getirilecek. Ayr\u0131ca i\u00e7erideki n\u00fckleer at\u0131k a\u011f\u0131r bir madde ile s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacak. Sonu\u00e7ta castorun a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 65 tona y\u00fckselecek. Avner, her t\u00fcrl\u00fc d\u0131\u015f etkiye dayand\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etti\u011fi castorlar\u0131n niye bir ek madde ile kapland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sordu\u011fumuzda ka\u00e7amak cevap veriyor. Castorlar\u0131n yeterli oldu\u011funu ancak g\u00fcvenli\u011fi daha da art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in bunu yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor.
