You may click the link to switch the active language.<\/p><p><\/p>\n<h1>R\u00fczgar Enerjisi&#8217;nin 2019\u2019daki Durumu<\/h1>\n<p>\u00dclkemizin 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 hedefleri aras\u0131nda birincil elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n %30\u2019luk bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 maddesi bulunuyor. R\u00fczg\u00e2r enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn ise 20 GW\u2019a ula\u015fmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin r\u00fczgar enerjisi potansiyeli iyi olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan potansiyel b\u00f6lgelerde 48.000 MW, orta olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan b\u00f6lgelerde de 82.000 MW r\u00fczgar potansiyeli \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bug\u00fcn ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de kurulu r\u00fczgar g\u00fcc\u00fc 6100 MW.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde 126 metre \u00e7ap ve \u00fc\u00e7 kanatl\u0131 bir r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini ile 5 MW\u2019a kadar g\u00fc\u00e7 \u00fcretilebiliyor. D\u00fcnya\u2019n\u0131n ilk 6 MW\u2019l\u0131k t\u00fcrbinini Enercon firmas\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. 2019\u2019da da yeni tasar\u0131mlar ile ekonomik ve m\u00fchendislik a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan 10-20 MW\u2019l\u0131k r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbinleri \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in kavramsal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2019\u2019da Yeka-2 \u0130halesi Yap\u0131lacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yenilenebilir Enerji Kaynak Alanlar\u0131 r\u00fczgar enerjisi (YEKA RES-2) kapsam\u0131nda yakla\u015f\u0131k bir milyar dolarl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131mla kurulacak toplam bin megavatl\u0131k santraller i\u00e7in se\u00e7ilen Bal\u0131kesir, \u00c7anakkale, Ayd\u0131n ve <strong><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-84689\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/01-4-300x166.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"166\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/01-4-300x166.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/01-4-80x44.jpg 80w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/01-4.jpg 301w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/strong>Mu\u011fla \u201cy\u00fcksek r\u00fczgar s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131\u201d b\u00f6lgeleri aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>YEKA RES-2 ihaleleri i\u00e7in son ba\u015fvuru tarihi 7 Mart 2019 olarak belirlenen yar\u0131\u015fmalar 4 ayr\u0131 b\u00f6lge i\u00e7in d\u00fczenlenecek. Bal\u0131kesir, \u00c7anakkale, Ayd\u0131n ve Mu\u011fla\u2019da 250\u2019\u015fer MW\u2019l\u0131k r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrali kurulmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanan YEKA RES-2 ihalelerine \u015firketler konsorsiyum olarak girebilece\u011fi gibi yabanc\u0131 \u015firketler i\u00e7in de T\u00fcrk ortak \u015fart\u0131 aranmayacak. T\u00fcrbinlerde % 55 yerlilik aranacak. Yat\u0131r\u0131m de\u011feri bir milyar dolar\u0131 bulan santrallerde kullan\u0131lacak her bir t\u00fcrbinin kapasitesi en az 3 MW olacak.<\/p>\n<p>Projenin kurulum ve yan sanayilerdeki imalat kapsam\u0131nda dolayl\u0131 olarak yakla\u015f\u0131k 3 bin ki\u015filik istihdam yaratmas\u0131 bekleniyor. Tavan fiyat\u0131 KWh ba\u015f\u0131na 5,5 dolar\/cent\u2019ten a\u00e7\u0131lacak ihaleleri kazanan \u015firketler i\u00e7in 49 y\u0131l lisans verilecek. \u0130mzalanacak elektrik sat\u0131\u015f anla\u015fmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda 15 y\u0131l boyunca \u00fcretilecek enerji, ihalede belirlenen fiyatlar \u00fczerinden devlete sat\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6ylece, en fazla 60 ay\u0131n sonunda ilk elektrik \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fecek. Kurulacak toplam 1000 MW\u2019l\u0131k santraller tam kapasite devreye girdi\u011finde y\u0131lda 3,4 milyar KWh elektrik \u00fcreterek, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2017 sonu itibar\u0131yla 294,5 milyar KWh olan elektrik t\u00fcketiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k % 1,1\u2019ini kar\u015f\u0131layabilecek.<\/p>\n<h1>Termik Santrallerin 2019\u2019daki Durumu<\/h1>\n<p>Halen d\u00fcnya elektrik \u00fcretiminin % 40\u2019\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 k\u00f6m\u00fcrden sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de k\u00f6m\u00fcrle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ve i\u015fletmede olan 70 \u00fcnite mevcut. Bunun toplam kapasitesi ise 18,5 GW civar\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-84690\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/02-4-300x222.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"222\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/02-4-300x222.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/02-4-768x569.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/02-4-500x370.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/02-4-68x50.jpg 68w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/02-4.jpg 786w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Devlet yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcrden \u00fcretilen elektri\u011fi 2024 sonuna kadar MWh ba\u015f\u0131na 201.35 \u20ba\u2019den sat\u0131n alacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>126,9 Milyon Ton E\u015fde\u011fer Petrol olan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin toplam birincil enerji t\u00fcketiminde k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn pay\u0131 %27,3 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 santral kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 17316 MW ve \u00fclkedeki toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn %22,1\u2019ini olu\u015fturuyor. \u00c7o\u011funlu\u011fu linyit olan yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 9.437 MW (%12,1) ve ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 ise 7.879 MW (%10) civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. K\u00f6m\u00fcre dayal\u0131 termik santrallerden toplam 92,3 TWh elektrik \u00fcretilirken bunun toplam elektrik \u00fcretimi i\u00e7erisindeki pay\u0131 %33,9 d\u00fczeyindedir.<\/p>\n<p>Aday olma a\u015famas\u0131ndaki toplam 44 k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc santralin 24\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc linyitle \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc santrallerden meydana gelmektedir. Durumlar\u0131na g\u00f6re ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda ilan edilen be\u015f k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santralin \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc, lisans s\u00fcrecindeki 26 santralin 14\u2019\u00fcn\u00fc, lisans alabilen 10 santralin d\u00f6rd\u00fcn\u00fc ve in\u015fa halindeki d\u00f6rt santraldan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn\u00fc linyitli termik santralleri meydana getirmektedir. Bu durum bize devletin uygulad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerlile\u015fme politikas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok sonu\u00e7 vermedi\u011finin bir g\u00f6stergesidir. Yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn maliyetinden dolay\u0131, ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn hala cazip oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eu anda proje a\u015famas\u0131ndaki termik santraller devreye al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda 10 tanesi ithal kaynakl\u0131 k\u00f6m\u00fcr kulanacak. Kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7leri yakla\u015f\u0131k 8000MW&#8217;d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>17 tanede yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr kaynakl\u0131 termik santral projesi mevcut olup bu santrallerin toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc ise 5300 MW.<\/p>\n<p>Devlet; ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullanan santralleri, yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcre davet ederken \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmayla alakal\u0131 ciddi te\u015fvikler verilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>2019\u2019da da baz\u0131 ithal k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullanan santrallerde yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr te\u015fvi\u011fiyle yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullan\u0131m\u0131na ge\u00e7mesi beklenmektedir.<\/p>\n<h1>Biyogaz ve Biyok\u00fctle Enerjilerinde 2019 Y\u0131l\u0131 Durumu<\/h1>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de biyogaz potansiyeli yakla\u015f\u0131k 25 Milyon kWh d\u00fczeyindedir. Bilimsel ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar g\u00f6steriyor ki, \u00f6zellikle hayvansal ve bitkisel at\u0131klar\u0131 ciddi bi\u00e7imde de\u011ferlendirilerek biyogaz \u00fcretildi\u011fi takdirde do\u011fal gaz t\u00fcketimi % 37&#8217;ye kadar azalt\u0131labiliyor. Bu da T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in en az 1 <img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-medium wp-image-84691\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/03-3-300x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/03-3-300x150.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/03-3-500x250.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/03-3-80x40.jpg 80w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/03-3.jpg 650w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>n\u00fckleer santralin g\u00fcc\u00fcne e\u015fit olabilece\u011fi ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n azami % 12\u2019si biyogaz \u00fcretimiyle kar\u015f\u0131lanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00f6pten \u00fcretilen 1 m<sup>3<\/sup> biyogaz ise, d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan ithal etti\u011fimiz 1 m<sup>3<\/sup> do\u011falgaz\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131na e\u015fde\u011ferdir.<\/p>\n<p>Son 10 y\u0131ld\u0131r T\u00fcrkiye d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yenilenebilir bir \u00e7ok \u00fclkede biyogaz ciddi derecede \u00f6nem kazand\u0131. Tesisler 5-6 y\u0131lda kara ge\u00e7iyor. Hayvan at\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re uygulanacak olan kompostlama ve havas\u0131z \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fctme prosesleri enerji ve g\u00fcbre \u00fcretimlerinden elde edilecek gelir kullan\u0131larak kurulacak tesislerinin ilk yat\u0131r\u0131m giderlerinin 5-6 y\u0131l s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde kar\u015f\u0131lanabilmektedir.
