S\u0131f\u0131r at\u0131k sisteminin etkin ve verimli bir \u015fekilde uygulanmas\u0131, yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi i\u00e7in e\u011fitim ve bilgilendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.
