Ayr\u0131ca, Rusya Ulusal N\u00fckleer Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar \u00dcniversitesi MEPh\u0131, Rusya Bilimler Akademisi N\u00fckleer Enerji G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Enstit\u00fcs\u00fc (IBRAE RAN) ve Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi\u2019nden de temsilciler bilgi payla\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7al\u0131\u015ftay, n\u00fckleer enerjinin farkl\u0131 y\u00f6nlerini, b\u00f6lgenin sosyo-ekonomik d\u00fczeyi \u00fczerindeki etkileriile NGS&#8217;lerle ilgili g\u00fcvenlik ve \u00e7evre konular\u0131n\u0131, radyasyon, ortak mitler ve endi\u015feleri ele ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Seminerin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 yapan ve ROSATOM hakk\u0131nda geni\u015f bilgi payla\u015fan ROSATOM\u2019un Ortado\u011fu ve Kuzey Afrika B\u00f6lge CEO\u2019su Alexander Voronkov, ROSATOM\u2019un tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015finden ve n\u00fckleer sekt\u00f6rdeki k\u00fcresel mevcudiyetinden ve tecr\u00fcbesinden bahsetti. Rus n\u00fckleer sanayinin 70 y\u0131l\u0131 a\u015fk\u0131n tecr\u00fcbeye sahip oldu\u011funu aktaran Voronkov, \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131: <em>\u201c1954 y\u0131l\u0131nda Obninsk\u2019te d\u00fcnyadaki ilk n\u00fckleer santrali kurarak n\u00fckleer enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn \u00f6nc\u00fclerinden biri olduk ve t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada n\u00fckleer sanayide en ileri \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler ve teknolojiler sunan en tecr\u00fcbeli \u00fclkelerden biri haline geldik. Akkuyu NPP projesinin temelini olu\u015fturan VVER-1200 tipi reakt\u00f6r, en g\u00fcvenli ve en geli\u015fmi\u015f teknolojilerden biridir. 3+ nesil reakt\u00f6r teknolojisi, modern t\u00fcm pasif ve aktif g\u00fcvenlik sistemlerini kapsamakta, uluslararas\u0131 g\u00fcvenlik standartlar\u0131na tam olarak uymaktad\u0131r ve Rusya&#8217;da halihaz\u0131rda uygulanmaktad\u0131r.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>N\u00fckleer enerji hakk\u0131nda temel bilgileri payla\u015fan Hacettepe \u00dcniversitesi N\u00fckleer Enerji M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde Do\u00e7. Dr. Sule Erg\u00fcn, d\u00fcnyada 454 n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 reakt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn bulundu\u011funu ve n\u00fckleer enerjinin bir\u00e7ok nedenden dolay\u0131 faydal\u0131 oldu\u011funu vurgulad\u0131. Erg\u00fcn: <em>\u201cN\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santrallerinin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uluslararas\u0131 onaylanm\u0131\u015f g\u00fcvenlik sistemleri ile sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. NGS\u2019nin T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir\u00e7ok fayda var. S\u00fcrekli ve uygun fiyatl\u0131 elektrik, ekonomik toparlanma, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle m\u00fccadele, enerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n azalmas\u0131 bu \u00f6nemli faydalardan baz\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eunu da vurgulamakta fayda var; do\u011fadan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z radyasyona k\u0131yasla, NGS\u2019lerden gelen radyasyon \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>ROSATOM\u2019un i\u015ftiraklerinden Rusatom Energy International\u2019\u0131n M\u00fchendislik Projeleri Departman Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Mihail \u00c7erdantsev ise,<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cBu projede t\u00fcm g\u00fcc\u00fcm\u00fczle \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz ve proje program takvimine uygun olarak ilerliyor. Akkuyu NGS 4 \u00fcniteden olu\u015fmakta olup toplam 4800 MW elektrik enerjisi kapasitesine sahip olacakt\u0131r. Akkuyu arazi izni, 1976 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrk d\u00fczenleyici kurum taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenmi\u015f ve 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda T\u00fcrk H\u00fck\u00fcmeti ve d\u00fczenleyici kurumlar, NGS in\u015faat projesi i\u00e7in arazi tahsis ederek karar\u0131 onaylam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu karar, sismik, \u00e7evresel ve di\u011fer do\u011fal hususlar\u0131n g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmas\u0131yla al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buras\u0131 deprem riski y\u00fcksek bir deprem b\u00f6lgesi de\u011fil, ancak NGS projesinin tasar\u0131m\u0131 9 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir depreme dayanacak \u015fekilde yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, olas\u0131 karlanma ko\u015fullar\u0131yla ilgili ciddi riskler tespit edilmemi\u015ftir, ancak tasar\u0131m bu ko\u015fullara da diren\u00e7li oldu\u011fu gibi r\u00fczgarlara, f\u0131rt\u0131nalara ve kas\u0131rgalara kar\u015f\u0131 da y\u00fcksek d\u00fczeyde koruma sa\u011flamaktad\u0131r. Akdeniz&#8217;in iklim \u00f6zellikleri tam olarak dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131. Bunun da \u00f6tesinde, NGS tasar\u0131m\u0131nda da g\u00f6z ard\u0131 edilemeyecek kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olas\u0131l\u0131kla meydana gelebilecek olas\u0131 nadir senaryolar da dikkate al\u0131nd\u0131\u201d <\/em>dedi.<\/p>\n<p>MEPhI ve IBRAE RAN\u2019dan konu\u015fmac\u0131lar, n\u00fckleer enerji ve Akkuyu N\u00fckleer G\u00fc\u00e7 Santrali, \u00e7evresel sorunlar\u0131 ve genel olarak radyasyonla ilgili sosyal kayg\u0131lar\u0131 ve mitleri netle\u015ftirdiler. Rusya Ulusal N\u00fckleer Ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar \u00dcniversitesi (MEPhI) \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Roman Fomin, modern n\u00fckleer santrallerin \u00e7evre i\u00e7in g\u00fcvenli oldu\u011funu, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc NGS&#8217;lerin \u00e7evreci oldu\u011funu ve CO2 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nledi\u011fini, bunun da b\u00f6lgenin e\u015fsiz ekosistemini korumak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu belirtti. Fomin, santral \u00e7evresindeki radyasyon miktar\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k ortalama do\u011fal radyasyon seviyesinin alt\u0131nda oldu\u011funu ve sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 etkilemedi\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, NGS&#8217;lerin Fransa ve \u0130spanya gibi \u00fclkelerde bir\u00e7ok turistik \u015fehre yak\u0131n konumland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve turizm, sa\u011fl\u0131k ve di\u011fer konular\u0131 etkilemedi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sunumlardan sonra, soru-cevap oturumu ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>Etkinli\u011fin sonunda \u201cWild Edens: Turkey\u201dnin (Vah\u015fi Cennetler:T\u00fcrkiye) \u00f6zel g\u00f6sterimi d\u00fczenlendi. Wild Edens projesi, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi konusunu vurgulayan yeni bir belgesel serisi olarak dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. Proje, uluslararas\u0131 toplumun dikkatini iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine ve k\u00fcresel olarak temiz ve karbon i\u00e7ermeyen enerjiye ge\u00e7i\u015f ihtiyac\u0131na \u00e7ekmeyi hedefliyor. Belgesel serisinin ikinci filmi, Kars Sulak Alanlar\u0131, Kafkaslar ve Akdeniz&#8217;in e\u015fsiz ve narin habitat\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayarak T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin do\u011fal ya\u015fam alanlar\u0131ndaki hayvanlara ve bitki \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcne odaklan\u0131yor.
