Yakla\u015f\u0131k 7 milyon metrekarelik de sera \u0131s\u0131tmas\u0131 hedefimiz var&#8221; dedi.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakan\u0131 Taner Y\u0131ld\u0131z, Uluslararas\u0131 Yenilenebilr Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IRENA) Genel Sekreteri Adnan Amin&#8217;i makam\u0131nda kabul etti. Y\u0131ld\u0131z, IRENA&#8217;n\u0131n D\u00fcnya&#8217;da yenilenebilir ve temiz enerjinin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131ndaki en \u00f6nemli sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fc ve kurulu\u015fu oldu\u011funu belirterek, &#8220;Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler (BM) \u00fcyesi yakla\u015f\u0131k 160 \u00fclkenin bir araya gelmesiyle olu\u015fmu\u015f \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir organizasyondur. T\u00fcrkiye olarak \u00f6zellikle bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fman\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde aktif olarak yer almay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyoruz&#8221; dedi. D\u00fcnya&#8217;daki yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131ndan daha y\u00fcksek bir oranda ortalamam\u0131z var. Bildi\u011finiz gibi 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda \u00fcretti\u011fimiz elektri\u011fin toplam\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 25-26&#8217;lar civar\u0131n\u0131 yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan elde etmi\u015ftik. Bu d\u00fcnya ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00fczerinde bir rakam ama bu bizim i\u00e7in yetmez. Y\u00fczde 30&#8217;lar civar\u0131nda bir hedefimiz var 2023 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in. Su kaynaklar\u0131, r\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f, jeotermal, biyok\u00fctle gibi kaynaklar&#8230;Farkl\u0131 aray\u0131\u015flar i\u00e7erisindeyiz, neler yap\u0131labilece\u011fi konusunda&#8221; diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8220;DO\u011eALGAZIN \u00dcRET\u0130MDEK\u0130 PAYI Y\u00dcZDE 40&#8217;LARA \u00c7EK\u0130LM\u0130\u015e DURUMDA&#8221;<\/strong><br \/>\nT\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin k\u00f6m\u00fcrlerden, termik santrallerden ve at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131lardan elde edilen bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 oldu\u011funu hat\u0131rlatan Y\u0131ld\u0131z, &#8220;Bu gerek konutlar\u0131n gerekse seralar\u0131n \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131nda kullan\u0131l\u0131yor. Bizim buradaki hedefimiz y\u0131ll\u0131k 1.8 milyar TL&#8217;lik bir tasarruf sa\u011flamak. Cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 tahrik eden unsurlar\u0131 at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen Y\u0131ld\u0131z, cari a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131n azalmas\u0131nda enerji kalemlerinin bir etkisini oldu\u011funu ve bu etkinin zaman zaman b\u00fcy\u00fck zaman zamansa az olabildi\u011fini dile getirdi. Y\u0131ld\u0131z, (cari a\u00e7\u0131k) ilk 2 ayl\u0131k verilere bak\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda do\u011falgaz\u0131n \u00fcretimdeki pay\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 40&#8217;lara kadar \u00e7ekilmi\u015f durumda oldu\u011funu ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ld\u0131z, konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: &#8220;10 y\u0131l \u00f6nce y\u00fczde 52&#8217;lerde ba\u015flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l y\u00fczde 44&#8217;lerle kapatm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k. Yaz\u0131n suyun azl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve \u00e7oklu\u011funa g\u00f6re bununla alakal\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u00fcreci takip edece\u011fiz, y\u00fczde 44-45&#8217;lere y\u00fckselebilir. \u015eu anda bunu \u00f6ng\u00f6rmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil ama bug\u00fcnk\u00fc rakamlarla do\u011falgaz\u0131 biraz daha azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ithal etti\u011fimiz do\u011falgaz\u0131n azalmas\u0131 demek; Bizim daha \u00e7ok yerli kaynaklarla bunu yapmam\u0131z anlam\u0131na geliyor. Gerek n\u00fckleer g\u00fc\u00e7 santralleriyle alakal\u0131 gerekse r\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f projelerini yerli \u00fcretimin te\u015fvik edildi\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Yerli \u00fcretimi te\u015fvik etmenin \u00f6zellikle k\u00f6m\u00fcr santrallerinde yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr kullananlar\u0131n en az be\u015finci b\u00f6lge gibi muamele g\u00f6receklerini s\u00f6yledik.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>TERM\u0130K SANTRAL ATIK ISILARINI FAYDAYA D\u00d6N\u00dc\u015eT\u00dcRME PROJES\u0130<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proje; Bakanl\u0131\u011fa ba\u011fl\u0131 Elektrik \u00dcretim A.\u015e. (E\u00dcA\u015e), T\u00dcB\u0130TAK ve Y\u0131ld\u0131z Teknik \u00dcniversitesi i\u015fbirli\u011finde Termik Santral At\u0131k Is\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 Faydaya D\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrme Projesi (TSAD) y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Proje, Enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131rmak \u00fczere kuruldu. Is\u0131 iletimi \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131ml\u0131 kanallar arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131lacak. Is\u0131 kanallar\u0131 ve bu kanallara ba\u011fl\u0131 aktarma istasyonlar\u0131 ve pompa sistemlerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda maliyet gerektirmemesi nedeniyle konut ve tesisler \u00e7ok daha ucuz bir \u015fekilde \u0131s\u0131nabilecek. Sistem maliyeti ise belediyeler taraf\u0131ndan \u0131s\u0131 kullan\u0131m\u0131 oran\u0131nda t\u00fcketicilere 10 ya da 20 y\u0131ll\u0131k vadelerle yans\u0131t\u0131lacak. Bu maliyetler d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda ba\u015fka bir bedel \u00f6denmesi gerekmedi\u011finden \u00e7ok daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck fiyata \u0131s\u0131nma sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROJE, 21.3 M\u0130LYON MEGAVAT\/YIL ISI \u0130HT\u0130YACINI KAR\u015eILAYACAK<\/strong><br \/>\nProjede termik santral at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131lar\u0131yla 620 bin konut ile 7 milyon metrekare sera ve end\u00fcstri tesisinin toplam 21,3 milyon megavat\/y\u0131l \u0131s\u0131 ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Bu da \u00fclkemizin y\u0131ll\u0131k 1,8 milyar TL&#8217;lik enerji ithalinden kurtulmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor. Is\u0131nma ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n fosil yak\u0131tlar yerine at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 nedeniyle \u00f6nemli miktarda \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fi de \u00f6nlenmi\u015f olacak. TSAD projesi ile Karbondioksit (CO2) emisyonunda y\u0131lda 2 milyon 400 bin ton ve K\u00fck\u00fcrt dioksit (SO2) emisyonunda y\u0131lda 7 bin 600 ton azalma sa\u011flanacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130LK UYGULAMA ORHANEL\u0130&#8217;DE BA\u015eLADI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proje kapsam\u0131nda ilk uygulama Bursa Orhaneli Termik Santralinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Santral ile Kar\u0131ncal\u0131 Belediyesi aras\u0131nda yap\u0131lan Is\u0131 S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi do\u011frultusunda evlere \u0131s\u0131 verilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131. \u00d6te yandan y\u0131l sonuna kadar Soma Belediyesi&#8217;ne ba\u011fl\u0131 8 bin 100 eve Soma Termik Santrali taraf\u0131ndan \u0131s\u0131 verilecek. 3 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde bu say\u0131 22 bine \u00e7\u0131kacak. TSAD projesi \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki y\u0131llarda E\u00dcA\u015e&#8217;a ba\u011fl\u0131 di\u011fer Termik Santrallerde de uygulanmas\u0131 durumunda at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131dan faydalanacak konut say\u0131s\u0131 620 bine ula\u015facak.
