Enerji y\u00f6netimi ve otomasyonda d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda uzman Schneider Electric, T\u00fcprag i\u015f birli\u011fiyle T\u00fcprag K\u0131\u015flada\u011f Alt\u0131n Madeni’nde sekt\u00f6re \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck eden ilkleri hayata ge\u00e7iriyor. 2003 y\u0131l\u0131nda ba\u015flayan i\u015f birli\u011fi ile, 2006 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana faaliyet g\u00f6steren, T\u00fcrkiye’nin ve Avrupa’n\u0131n rezerv bak\u0131m\u0131ndan en b\u00fcy\u00fck alt\u0131n madeni T\u00fcprag K\u0131\u015flada\u011f Alt\u0131n Madeni’nde enerjinin verimli, g\u00fcvenli ve etkin bir bi\u00e7imde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ortak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriliyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Y\u0131lda yakla\u015f\u0131k 10 ton alt\u0131n \u00fcretilen T\u00fcprag K\u0131\u015flada\u011f Alt\u0131n Madeni, b\u00fcy\u00fck bir enerji gereksinimine sahip. Bu enerjinin en verimli ve do\u011fru \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in T\u00fcprag, Schneider Electric’in yenilik\u00e7i \"\"sistemleri ve hizmetlerinden yararlan\u0131yor. Maden sahas\u0131ndaki elektrik odalar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7erisinde bulunan ekipmanlar\u0131n %90’\u0131 Schneider Electric \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinden olu\u015fuyor. Bunlar\u0131n ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131; y\u00fcksek gerilim 36 kV s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan SM6-36 h\u00fccreler, 6.600 voltta kullan\u0131lan MCset yol vericiler, 400 voltta kullan\u0131lan Blockset ve Okken model motor yol vericileri, yumu\u015fak yol vericiler ve kompanzasyon \u00fcniteleri. Ayn\u0131 zamanda Schneider Electric saha s\u00fcperviz\u00f6r\u00fc, an\u0131nda \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sunmak \u00fczere tam zamanl\u0131 olarak T\u00fcprag sahas\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Schneider Electric ve T\u00fcprag ekipleri, yer de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir trafo istasyonu gibi T\u00fcrkiye’de ilk olan pek \u00e7ok \u00f6zel projede de i\u015f birli\u011fi yap\u0131yor. Tasar\u0131m\u0131 ve \u00fcretimi 3,5 ayda tamamlanan trafo istasyonu, a\u00e7\u0131k ocak rezervindeki art\u0131\u015f ve \u00fcretim maliyetini azaltmak amac\u0131yla, a\u00e7\u0131k ocak filosu b\u00fcnyesine dahil edilen bir adet elektrikli ekskavat\u00f6r ve iki adet elektrikli delici i\u00e7in tasarland\u0131. \u0130ki adet \u00fcretilen, yer de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir trafo istasyonlar\u0131, 6.600 voltta \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bu ekipmanlar\u0131 besleyebilecek bir altyap\u0131ya sahip ve uzaktan takip ve koruma sistemlerini ta\u015f\u0131yor. A\u00e7\u0131k ocak b\u00fcy\u00fcyebilir bir sistem oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in de trafo istasyonu hareket edebilir \u015fekilde tasarland\u0131.<\/p>\n

D\u00fcnyada hen\u00fcz birka\u00e7 \u00f6rne\u011fi olan yer de\u011fi\u015ftirebilir trafo istasyonlar\u0131, FM Global standartlar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak ve arkflash analizleri yap\u0131larak 3 y\u0131l \u00f6nce devreye sokuldu ve sorunsuz hizmet sunmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n
