Bu ihtiya\u00e7, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi nedeniyle al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken tedbirler, enerji fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131, su s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava ko\u015fullar\u0131 gibi bug\u00fcn kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011fumuz sorunlardan kaynaklan\u0131yor. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n ba\u015fka b\u00f6lgelerinde de benzer geli\u015fmeler var ve bu e\u011filimin devam etmesi bekleniyor.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnya Ye\u015fil Bina Konseyi ba\u015fkan\u0131 Terri Wills, Paris S\u00f6zle\u015fmesi gere\u011fi h\u00fck\u00fcmetlerin k\u00fcresel \u0131s\u0131nmay\u0131 2 derecede s\u0131n\u0131rlamay\u0131 vaat etti\u011fini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. &#8220;Enerji ile ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde 38&#8217;i binalardan geliyor. Binalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n in\u015faat\u0131 ve i\u015fleyi\u015fi daha ye\u015fil hale gelmedi\u011fi takdirde 2 derece hedefi tutturulamaz. Bu sorunu a\u015fmak i\u00e7in gereken \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler in\u015faat sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc daha ilgi \u00e7ekici bir hale getiriyor.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Konsey binas\u0131n\u0131n Londra&#8217;daki merkezi gelecekte ev ve ofislerde standart hale gelebilecek \u00f6zeliklerle dolu.
