G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin hem d\u00fcnyada hem T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de rekor bir h\u0131zda b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Telemcio\u011flu, yol haritas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemli bulgular\u0131n\u0131 payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 4 y\u0131lda 100 kat\u0131na \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131, bu rekor bir art\u0131\u015f. 2017\u2019de ise T\u00fcrkiye d\u00fcnyada g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc en \u00e7ok art\u0131ran be\u015finci \u00fclke oldu. Yine 2017\u2019de g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de toplam 50 bin ki\u015fiyi istihdam etti. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin bu art\u0131\u015f e\u011filimiyle birlikte sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6n\u00fcndeki f\u0131rsatlar da zorluklar da artmaya ba\u015flad\u0131 tabi. G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Yol Haritas\u0131 ile sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bu zorluklarla ba\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kma yollar\u0131n\u0131 ayd\u0131nlatmay\u0131 hedefledik.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Telemcio\u011flu, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik hedefleriyle uyumlu, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli ve herkesin enerjiye eri\u015febildi\u011fi bir enerji gelece\u011finin anahtar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015fte oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi ve \u201cG\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi \u00fcreticileri ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda en az 14 GW, 2030 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise en az 38 GW\u2019a y\u00fckselmesini bekliyor. Yap\u0131lan analizler bu \u00f6l\u00e7ekte bir art\u0131\u015f\u0131n iletim sistemi taraf\u0131ndan da kald\u0131r\u0131labilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.[1]\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yerli ve milli \u00fcretimin yolu g\u00fcne\u015ften ge\u00e7iyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 f\u0131rsatlar kadar kar\u015f\u0131la\u015faca\u011f\u0131 sorunlara da de\u011finen Faruk Telemcio\u011flu, bu zorluklar\u0131n a\u015f\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in yol haritas\u0131n\u0131n anahtar \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler ortaya koydu\u011funu belirtti ve konu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle tamamlad\u0131: \u201cG\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi maliyetlerindeki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015fe ra\u011fmen hem makro hem mikro d\u00fczeyde ufukta yeni zorluklar bizleri bekliyor. G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini sa\u011flamak i\u00e7in yerli ve milli teknoloji ve \u00fcretime \u00f6ncelik vermeli, elektrik \u00fcretiminde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinin pay\u0131n\u0131n art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in enerji politikalar\u0131 ile sanayi, istihdam ve teknoloji politikalar\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcnc\u00fcl olarak de\u011ferlendirmeliyiz. Bunlar haricinde, yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falmas\u0131 ve sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir olarak b\u00fcy\u00fcyebilmesi i\u00e7in, 2020 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonraki al\u0131m garantisinin \u015fimdiden belirlenmesiyle piyasa \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilirli\u011finin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gerekiyor\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00fcnyada g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi e\u011filimi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyada son on y\u0131lda g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde b\u00fcy\u00fck bir s\u0131\u00e7rama ya\u015fand\u0131. 2007 y\u0131l\u0131nda 8 GW olan k\u00fcresel g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fc 2017 y\u0131l\u0131nda 402 GW\u2019a ula\u015ft\u0131. 2010 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana PV solar panel fiyatlar\u0131 y\u00fczde 83 oran\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6sterirken, 2050\u2019ye kadar y\u00fczde 71 oran\u0131nda ek bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn daha ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131 tahmin ediliyor. 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi projelerinin fosil yak\u0131ta dayal\u0131 projelerin \u00e7o\u011fundan daha ucuza elektrik \u00fcretece\u011fi \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><em>[1] SHURA, 2018.
