T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de de t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi bir art\u0131\u015f s\u00f6z konusu. Bu duruma ek olarak, \u00fclkemizdeki sanayi sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, geli\u015fmi\u015f \u00fclkelerin ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n 1,5 kat\u0131 enerji t\u00fcketiyor.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji verimlili\u011fi dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k ve uygulamalar\u0131 alan\u0131nda faaliyet g\u00f6steren Enervis\u2019in Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Osman Kipo\u011flu, y\u00fcksek enerji t\u00fcketiminin kaynaklar\u0131n azalmas\u0131na sebep oldu\u011fu gibi i\u015fletmelerin maliyetlerini art\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekerek, \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019de elektrik t\u00fcketiminin y\u00fczde 40\u2019l\u0131k, do\u011fal gaz t\u00fcketiminin ise y\u00fczde 26\u2019l\u0131k k\u0131sm\u0131 sanayide ger\u00e7ekle\u015fiyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu alanda yap\u0131lacak enerji verimlili\u011fini art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 faaliyetler hem i\u015fverenlerin maliyetlerini hem de enerji ithalat\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Temiz \u00fcretim stratejisi ile birlikte ham madde ve enerjiyi daha az kullanmak, ekolojik faydalar sa\u011flaman\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc de art\u0131r\u0131yor\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Osman Kipo\u011flu: Sanayi i\u00e7in 630 proje geli\u015ftirdik<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demir &#8211; \u00e7elik, cam \u2013 seramik, ka\u011f\u0131t &#8211; tekstil, g\u0131da, kimya &#8211; petrokimya, binalar, ula\u015f\u0131m ara\u00e7lar\u0131, ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere pek \u00e7ok sekt\u00f6r ve alanda \u00f6zel verimlilik uygulamalar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdiklerini s\u00f6yleyen Kipo\u011flu, \u201cSanayide enerji verimli\u011fi uygulamalar\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda bug\u00fcne kadar 630 proje geli\u015ftirdik. Bu noktada sanayi firmalar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok ciddi bir tasarruf sa\u011flamalar\u0131na destek oluyoruz. Bir \u00f6rnek vermek gerekirse tekstil sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarla y\u00fczde 25 civar\u0131nda enerji verimlili\u011fi sa\u011fl\u0131yoruz\u201d diye konu\u015ftu. Verimlilik Art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Projeler (VAP) projesine desteklerine de de\u011finen Osman Kipo\u011flu, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc, \u201cEnd\u00fcstriyel i\u015fletmelerde enerji tasarruf potansiyelinin geri kazan\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Enerji \u0130\u015fleri Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan verilen VAP (Verimlilik Artt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Proje) %30\u2019a varan hibe destekleri her y\u0131l b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi g\u00f6r\u00fcyor. Biz de Enervis olarak VAP projelerinin haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 ve onay s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde dan\u0131\u015fmanl\u0131k hizmeti veriyoruz ve bu t\u00fcr destekleri \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsiyoruz. \u00d6zellikle ge\u00e7en y\u0131l ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de Enerji Verimlili\u011fi \/ EnEffTurN (Energy Efficiency Turkey Now) projemiz kapsam\u0131ndaki Yenilenebilir Enerjiler Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\u2019ndeki temaslar\u0131m\u0131zla Verimlilik Art\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 Proje ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n y\u0131lda bir d\u00f6nemden \u00fc\u00e7 d\u00f6neme \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131na \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fck ettik. Bug\u00fcne kadar haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fumuz t\u00fcm VAP ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131n tamam\u0131na destek al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131k. Ayr\u0131ca VAP projelerinin uygulamas\u0131n\u0131 da verimlilik garantili i\u015f modelimizle anahtar teslim ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cTesislerin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 bak\u0131m, yenileme ve g\u00fc\u00e7lendirmeye ihtiya\u00e7 duyuyor\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tesislerinin ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 olan enerjiyi \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in ad\u0131m atmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Enervis Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Osman Kipo\u011flu, \u201c\u00dcretim tesislerinin temel hedeflerinden biri, kendi enerjilerini \u00fcretmek olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in tesislerinin \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 veya arazilerindeki bo\u015f bir alan\u0131 kullanabilirler. Bunu yaparak hem tesislerini enerji ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan kurtaracak hem de \u00fcretimin ana maliyet kalemlerinden olan enerji maliyetlerini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrme imk\u00e2n\u0131 bulacaklar. Enervis olarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z enerji et\u00fctlerinde tesislerin b\u00fcy\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n bak\u0131m, yenileme veya g\u00fc\u00e7lendirme \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011funu g\u00f6zlemliyoruz. \u00c7at\u0131larda yeterli d\u00fczeyde yal\u0131t\u0131m olmamas\u0131 sebebiyle bina i\u00e7lerini so\u011futmak ya da \u0131s\u0131tmak i\u00e7in \u00e7ok ciddi d\u00fczeyde enerji harcan\u0131yor. Yine bu i\u015fletmelerin ve fabrikalar\u0131n bina d\u0131\u015f y\u00fczeylerinin ve pencerelerinin bo\u015f beton ya da s\u0131radan camlar olmas\u0131 sebebiyle ayn\u0131 durum s\u00f6z konusu. Bu i\u015fletmelerin \u00e7at\u0131 ve bina d\u0131\u015f y\u00fczeylerinde yap\u0131lacak PV g\u00fcne\u015f enerji sistemleriyle i\u015fletmelerin ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu enerjinin bir k\u0131sm\u0131 buralardan kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131rken binan\u0131n iklimlendirmesinde harcanan enerji maliyetleri de ciddi oranda azalt\u0131labilinir. Son y\u0131llarda geli\u015fen teknoloji ile PV panellerindeki verim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sayesinde g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi daha fazla kullan\u0131labilir bir alan oldu. Bu nedenle bir\u00e7ok i\u015fletme \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131na PV panelleri yerle\u015ftirerek g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden elektri\u011fini \u00fcretmeye ba\u015flad\u0131. Bizim detayl\u0131 enerji et\u00fct \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z bir i\u015fletme, \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131na 8 MW\u2019l\u0131k g\u00fcne\u015f paneli yerle\u015ftirerek elektrik \u00fcretimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u201d \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015fte Enervis\u2019in enerji verimlili\u011fi alan\u0131ndaki referans projeleri<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Solarwall, \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131, evaporatif so\u011futma gibi sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde \u00f6nc\u00fc uygulamalar ile i\u015fletmelere yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 kullanma konusunda destek sa\u011flayan Enervis, Kayseri \u0130ncesu mevkiinde 3 MW\u2019l\u0131k bir g\u00fcne\u015f enerji santralinin projelendirmesi, malzeme tedari\u011fi, montaj test ve devreye alma i\u015flemlerini \u00fcstlenerek projeyi tamamlad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de t\u00fcm otomotiv ana sanayine kal\u0131p ve seri sa\u00e7 par\u00e7a imalat\u0131 yapan Co\u015fkun\u00f6z Metal Form ve 130\u2019u a\u015fk\u0131n \u00fclkede 65 i\u00e7me suyu markas\u0131yla hizmet veren Nestl\u00e9 Waters\u2019\u0131n Sude Su markas\u0131n\u0131n yeni fabrikalar\u0131n\u0131n verimli sistem projelendirmesinden ba\u015flayarak t\u00fcm mekanik tesisat uygulamalar\u0131, verimlilik kriterleri dikkate al\u0131narak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Gebze\u2019de otomotiv ve beyaz e\u015fya sekt\u00f6r\u00fc i\u00e7in al\u00fcminyum d\u00f6k\u00fcm \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri sunan \u00c7elikel\u2019in VAP ba\u015fvurusu \u00fczerine \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flayan Enervis, mevcutta bulunan al\u00fcminyum ergitme f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomizerlerinde verimsizlik tespit etti. Haz\u0131rlanan rapor sonucunda \u00c7elikel fabrikas\u0131, At\u0131k Is\u0131 Geri Kazan\u0131m Projesi ile y\u00fczde 30 hibe deste\u011fi almaya hak kazand\u0131. Projenin uygulanmas\u0131 a\u015famas\u0131nda Enervis, \u00fc\u00e7 adet ekonomizer de\u011fi\u015fimi, otomasyon yenilenmesi ve izolasyon uygulamas\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 fabrikada hem geri kazan\u0131lan at\u0131k \u0131s\u0131 ile idari binan\u0131n \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 hem de i\u015fletmede bulunan absorbsiyonlu so\u011futma sisteminin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 planlad\u0131. \u00c7elikel firmas\u0131 yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak bir y\u0131l gibi k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcrede amorti edecek.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ila\u00e7 \u00fcretimi yapan Medigen Pharma\u2019n\u0131n Gebze\u2019deki yeni fabrikas\u0131n\u0131n mekanik tesisat kurulumu, laboratuvarlarda \u00fcretim yap\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli olan validasyon ve verimlilik \u015fartlar\u0131na uygun olarak s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sorry, this entry is only available in Turkish.
