Bu hedef g\u00fcncellendi ve %40\u2019lara \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Ama bilim adamlar\u0131 konunun ciddiyetine dikkat \u00e7ekebilmek ad\u0131na yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rmalarla \u2018geri d\u00f6n\u00fclemez nokta\u2019y\u0131 hesaplamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bunun olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in yeni yasal d\u00fczenlemelerle 2030 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar enerji verimlili\u011finin en az %32.5, yenilenebilir enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n da %32 artmas\u0131 gerekecek. Bunun i\u00e7in \u00e7ok yak\u0131n bir zaman i\u00e7inde %40 hedefinin %45\u2019e \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 i\u00e7in teklif verilecek. Hollanda gibi baz\u0131 \u00fclkeler bunu bile yeterli g\u00f6rmeyip %55 gibi devasa bir iyile\u015ftirme oran\u0131ndan bahsediyor. \u0130klimlendirme end\u00fcstrisi olarak bu zorlu m\u00fccadelenin tamamen i\u00e7inde olmam\u0131z gerekiyor.
