Enerji yo\u011funlu\u011fu de\u011feri ne kadar d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckse enerji verimlili\u011fi o kadar y\u00fcksektir.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Enerji tasarrufu<\/em><\/strong> en \u00f6nemli verimlilik fakt\u00f6rlerinden biridir. Enerji tasarrufu sadece enerjinin az kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 olarak alg\u0131lanmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Enerji tasarrufu da enerji verimlili\u011finde oldu\u011fu gibi kay\u0131plar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi ve enerji kalitesini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmeden yap\u0131lan enerji \u00fcretimlerini esas al\u0131r. Enerji tasarrufu g\u00fcnl\u00fck hayat\u0131m\u0131zdaki tasarruflu araba, ev ve ev gere\u00e7leri gibi teknolojik ara\u00e7larda g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz az enerji kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7erdi\u011fi gibi, kullan\u0131lan teknolojik ve di\u011fer ara\u00e7 gere\u00e7lerin uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc olmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve bu ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u00fcretimlerinin de en aza indirilmesini sa\u011flamak enerji tasarrufuna girmektedir.<sup>[1]<\/sup><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Enerji y\u00f6netimi<\/em><\/strong> ve <strong><em>enerji planlamas\u0131<\/em><\/strong> birbirleriyle i\u00e7 i\u00e7e ge\u00e7mi\u015f ve birbirlerini tamamlayan iki temel kavramd\u0131r. Y\u00f6netim basamaklar\u0131n\u0131n verimli ve sistematik bir \u015fekilde i\u015flemesi i\u00e7in,\u00f6ncesinde yap\u0131lacak olan planlamalar\u0131n \u00f6zenli ve ak\u0131lc\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar olmas\u0131 gerekir. Enerji y\u00f6netimi; giderlerin minimuma indirilerek, piyasada rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in enerjinin etkin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 olarak tan\u0131mlanabilir.<sup>[2] <\/sup>Enerji y\u00f6netimi; enerji konular\u0131 aras\u0131nda ileti\u015fimi ve etkile\u015fimi art\u0131rmay\u0131, enerji kullan\u0131m y\u00f6ntemleri i\u00e7in izleme, raporlama ve y\u00f6netim stratejilerini geli\u015ftirmeyi ve AR-GE \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 gibi yat\u0131r\u0131m gerektiren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalardan ger d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcmleri art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in yeni yollar bulmay\u0131 ama\u00e7lamaktad\u0131r.<sup>[3]<\/sup><\/p>\n<p>Enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fc, ulusal ve uluslararas\u0131 ekonomiler i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir yere sahiptir.
