Ger\u00e7i bu alanda \u00e7ok fazla lisans olmas\u0131 biraz karma\u015fa yaratm\u0131\u015f gibi&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi de s\u0131k s\u0131k g\u00fcndeme geliyor. Ancak bu alanda \u015fimdiye kadar neredeyse hi\u00e7 somut ad\u0131m at\u0131lmad\u0131. Hen\u00fcz bir g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santralimiz (GES) bile yok. T\u00fcrkiye Elektrik \u0130letim A.\u015e\u2019nin (TE\u0130A\u015e) hesab\u0131na g\u00f6re, g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden y\u0131lda 380 milyar kWh elektrik \u00fcretebilecek potansiyele sahibiz. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ge\u00e7en y\u0131lki elektrik t\u00fcketiminin 229 milyar kWh oldu\u011fu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131n\u0131rsa bu potansiyelin ne kadar y\u00fcksek oldu\u011fu daha iyi anla\u015f\u0131lacakt\u0131r. \u00d6yle ki sadece Tuz G\u00f6l\u00fc\u2019n\u00fcn \u00fczeri tamamen g\u00fcne\u015f panelleriyle kaplansa, ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir yat\u0131r\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin elektrik ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lanabiliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>GES KURMA MAL\u0130YET\u0130 AZALDI<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kamunun g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi al\u0131m fiyat\u0131, halen y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan Yenilenebilir Enerji Kanunu (YEK) uyar\u0131nca 13 dolar sent. Enerji \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan ekipman\u0131n tamamen yerli olmas\u0131 durumunda bu fiyat 19.5 sente y\u00fckseliyor. Devlet, 10 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle al\u0131m garantisi veriyor. Bu fiyatlar Avrupa \u00fclkeleriyle k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bulunuyor. Ancak y\u00fcksek g\u00fcne\u015f alma seviyesi yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131n geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresini k\u0131salt\u0131yor ve yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 fizib\u0131l k\u0131l\u0131yor. \u00dcstelik GES kurulumu, di\u011fer ye\u015fil enerji kaynaklar\u0131na g\u00f6re daha pahal\u0131 olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, son y\u0131llarda d\u00fcnyada panel fiyatlar\u0131 arz fazlas\u0131 nedeniyle ucuzlam\u0131\u015f durumda. 1 MW (megavat) kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcnde GES kurman\u0131n maliyeti 1.5 milyon dolara kadar gerilemi\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<p>Yat\u0131r\u0131m ortam\u0131ndaki iyile\u015fmenin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra EPDK\u2019n\u0131n (Enerji Piyasas\u0131 D\u00fczenleme Kurumu) g\u00fcne\u015ften elektrik \u00fcretimiyle ilgili lisanslar\u0131 verece\u011fi tarihi a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131 da yerli yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irdi. Daha \u00f6nce bu alana ilgi duyan ve isimleri duyulan gruplar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7ok say\u0131da g\u00fcne\u015f paneli ve ekipman \u00fcreticisi de yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131na h\u0131z verdi.<\/p>\n<p>EPDK, 2013 y\u0131l\u0131 haziran ay\u0131na kadar toplam 600 MW\u2019lik lisans verecek. A\u00e7\u0131k eksiltme y\u00f6ntemiyle yap\u0131lacak ihale \u00f6ncesinde \u00f6zellikle g\u00fcne\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u015fansl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmler yap\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bir yandan da ba\u015fta g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santralleri i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan paneller olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok ekipman i\u00e7in \u00fcretim yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. K\u0131sacas\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f pazar\u0131 ciddi anlamda hareketlenmi\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3 KATI BA\u015eVURU BEKLEN\u0130YOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f Enerjisi Sanayicileri Derne\u011fi (GENSED) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 \u015eener Oktik, EPDK\u2019n\u0131n ihalesi \u00f6ncesinde y\u00fczlerce \u015firketin g\u00fcne\u015fli b\u00f6lgelerde yo\u011fun olarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm haz\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Oktik, g\u00fcne\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinin \u00f6zellikle Konya, Karaman, Kahramanmara\u015f ve Harran b\u00f6lgelerinde yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor. En fazla ba\u011flant\u0131n\u0131n ise 70 MW ile Karaman\u2019da olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u015eirketlerin EPDK\u2019ya lisans ba\u015fvurusu yapmak i\u00e7in en az 6 ayl\u0131k \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm sonu\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 sunmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Oktik, 600 MW ba\u011flant\u0131 iznine kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k Haziran 2013\u2019e kadar en az 1.700 MW\u2019lik ba\u015fvuru bekliyor.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcne\u015f panelleri, GES\u2019ler i\u00e7in en \u00f6nemli ihtiya\u00e7 kelemi. Yerli \u00fcretimin te\u015fvik edilece\u011finin a\u00e7\u0131klanmas\u0131yla bu alana ilgi artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Nitekim Solar T\u00fcrk\u2019\u00fcn Gaziantep\u2019te temelini att\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015f paneli fabrikan\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki aylarda \u00fcretime ge\u00e7mesi bekleniyor. 25 milyon dolarl\u0131k yat\u0131r\u0131mla kurulacak fabrikan\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fcretim kapasitesi 60 MW olacak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SICAK SUDA D\u00dcNYA \u0130K\u0130NC\u0130S\u0130Y\u0130Z<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Siemens Enerji \u00dcre<img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-7826\" title=\"siemens-sinan-bubik\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/siemens-sinan-bubik-199x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"178\" height=\"251\" \/>timi B\u00f6l\u00fcm Direkt\u00f6r\u00fc Sinan Bubik ise T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisine \u00e7ok da yabanc\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor. Bubik, \u201c2009 y\u0131l\u0131nda g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisiyle s\u0131cak su elde etmede kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00c7in\u2019in ard\u0131ndan d\u00fcnya ikincili\u011fine y\u00fckseldik. Bu da \u00fclkemizin g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden elektrik \u00fcretiminde sahip oldu\u011fu potansiyeli g\u00f6stermesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan kritik bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fct\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p>EPDK\u2019n\u0131n ilk a\u015famada g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinde en y\u00fcksek potansiyele sahip 38 \u015fehir belirledi\u011fini hat\u0131rlatan Bubik\u2019e g\u00f6re, trafo kapasitesi s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131 nedeniyle \u00f6zellikle baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde yo\u011fun rekabetin ya\u015fanaca\u011f\u0131 \u015fimdiden belli oldu. Gerek yerli gerekse yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar, bu potansiyeli de\u011ferlendirmek ve T\u00fcrkiye enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcndeki potansiyelden maksimum fayday\u0131 sa\u011flamak istiyor. G\u00fcne\u015f panelinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra inverter, kablolama ve di\u011fer bir\u00e7ok ekipman da tedarik eden \u00c7inli \u015firket, finansman s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7ekenlere vadeli sat\u0131\u015f da yap\u0131yor. Yingli Solar T\u00fcrkiye \u00dclke M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc U\u011fur K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, 600 MW\u2019lik lisans\u0131n tamam\u0131n\u0131n hayata ge\u00e7mesi durumunda pazardan 150-200 MW pay almay\u0131 hedeflediklerini s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, Yingli Solar\u2019\u0131n daha \u00f6nce de T\u00fcrkiye pazar\u0131n\u0131 takip etti\u011fini, g\u00fcne\u015fle ilgili lisans tarihinin belli olmas\u0131ndan sonra ise ofis a\u00e7maya karar verdi\u011fini belirtiyor.<\/p>\n<p>K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7\u2019a g\u00f6re g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi alan\u0131nda yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak isteyen bir\u00e7ok yabanc\u0131 firma daha haz\u0131rl\u0131k yap\u0131yor. Yingli Solar, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de joint venture (ortak giri\u015fim) yapmak isteyen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara da arac\u0131l\u0131k hizmeti veriyor.<\/p>\n<p>U\u011fur K\u0131l\u0131\u00e7, g\u00fcne\u015f paneli maliyetlerinin d\u00fc\u015fmesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak GES kurulumunun MW ba\u015f\u0131na 1.5 milyon euro\u2019ya kadar geriledi\u011fini vurguluyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201c20 MW\u2019lik santral kuraca\u011f\u0131z\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tekstil a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 faaliyet g\u00f6steren \u0130\u015f Grup Holding b\u00fcnyesindeki \u0130\u015f Enerji, \u0130nosol markas\u0131yla parabolik yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi sistemleri \u00fcretiyor. \u00d6zellikle solar termal konusunda ara\u015ft\u0131rmadan tasar\u0131ma, analizlerden kuruluma anahtar teslim projeler geli\u015ftiriyor. \u015eirketin en dikkat \u00e7eken projesi ise \u0130stanbul B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi i\u00e7in \u0130kitelli Spor Kompleksi\u2019nde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 solar \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futma sistemi oldu. 500 kW kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcndeki bu uygulama, 12 parabolik kollekt\u00f6rden olu\u015fuyor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130nosol Enerji CEO\u2019su \u0130lkem \u015eahin, kendi fabrikalar\u0131nda \u00fcrettikleri parabolik kolekt\u00f6rlerin g\u00fcne\u015ften elektrik \u00fcretiminde de kullan\u0131labildi\u011fini belirtiyor. \u015eahin, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de halen PV panel \u00fcretilmedi\u011fini, oysa tamamen yerli olan g\u00fcne\u015f kolekt\u00f6rlerinin bu ama\u00e7la kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda iki kat\u0131 te\u015fvik verilece\u011fini vurguluyor. \u00dcstelik yerli yat\u0131r\u0131m durumunda 13.3 dolar sent olan al\u0131m garantisinin 19 dolar sente \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-7828\" title=\"inosol-ilkem-sahin\" src=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/inosol-ilkem-sahin.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"565\" height=\"226\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/inosol-ilkem-sahin.jpg 625w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/inosol-ilkem-sahin-300x120.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/inosol-ilkem-sahin-500x200.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.enerjigazetesi.ist\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/03\/inosol-ilkem-sahin-80x32.jpg 80w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 565px) 100vw, 565px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u0130lkem \u015eahin, EPDK\u2019n\u0131n lisans ihalesine kat\u0131lacaklar\u0131n\u0131 ve minimum 20 MW\u2019lik g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi santrali kuracaklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. \u015eahin, \u201cG\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz ba\u015fka gruplar da var. \u0130haleleri kazan\u0131rlarsa bizimle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bizim santralimizi kullananlar iki misli te\u015fvik al\u0131yor\u201d diyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00d6L\u00c7\u00dcM K\u0130TLER\u0130 YOK SATIYOR<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ana faaliyet alan\u0131 merkezi klima sistemleri olan Form \u015eirketler Grubu b\u00fcnyesindeki Form Temiz Enerji, \u00f6zellikle 500 kW\u2019n\u0131n alt\u0131ndaki uygulamalar i\u00e7in anahtar teslimi projelere imza at\u0131yor. Bug\u00fcne kadar \u00e7ok say\u0131da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015f merkezi, fabrika, turizm tesisi, \u00e7iftlik, konut ve villa i\u00e7in bu t\u00fcr sistemler kurmu\u015f.<\/p>\n<p>Form \u015eirketler Grubu Y\u00f6netim Kurulu Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Tun\u00e7 Korun, y\u00fczlerce firman\u0131n ayn\u0131 anda sahada g\u00fcne\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fcne giri\u015fmesinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm kitlerine y\u00f6nelik talebi patlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Korun, her \u015firketin bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ekipman\u0131yla en az 6 ay boyunca \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm yapaca\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7ekiyor:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEPDK, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm ekipmanlar\u0131n\u0131n hangi par\u00e7alardan olu\u015faca\u011f\u0131na dair bir genelge yay\u0131nlad\u0131. Belli ekipmanlar se\u00e7ildi. Ard\u0131ndan bunlara g\u00fcn\u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcresini \u00f6l\u00e7en bir ekipman daha eklediler. Ancak bu, d\u00fcnyada bile az say\u0131da imal edilen bir par\u00e7a. Avrupa\u2019da ciddi imalat s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131 ya\u015fan\u0131yor. Bu kitleri almak isteyenlere ekim-kas\u0131m aras\u0131 gibi teslim s\u00fcreleri veriliyor. Bu i\u015fe girmek isteyenler elini \u00e7abuk tutmal\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin artan panel talebi de d\u00fcnya \u00e7ap\u0131nda s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 yaratt\u0131.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Form Temiz Enerji, gerek 500 kW alt\u0131 gerekse \u00fczeri kapasitelerdeki g\u00fcne\u015f kurulumlar\u0131nda aktif bir firma. Bu konuda Alman Natcom\u2019la bir y\u0131l \u00f6nce i\u015fbirli\u011fi ba\u015flatm\u0131\u015f. Tun\u00e7 Korun, EPDK\u2019n\u0131n belirledi\u011fi kriterlerle uygun, komple haz\u0131r bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm seti olu\u015fturduklar\u0131n\u0131, 3 ay \u00f6nce de sat\u0131\u015fa ba\u015flad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yl\u00fcyor. Form Temiz Enerji, halen fizibilite yapmak isteyen 20 civar\u0131nda firmayla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeleri s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Tun\u00e7 Korun da izin verilen lisans hacminin 4-5 kat\u0131 ba\u015fvuru bekliyor. Lisans ba\u015fvurular\u0131nda kurulu kapasite ortalamas\u0131n\u0131n 2 MW olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tahmin eden Korun, \u201cEn b\u00fcy\u00fck trafo kapasitesi 40-50 MW olabilir.
