Bu kanun kapsam\u0131nda bir\u00e7ok HES projesi i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak DS\u0130, 2007 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana yeni ba\u015fvuru almamaktad\u0131r. Bu karar enerjide yat\u0131r\u0131m yapmak isteyen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131n\u0131n yeni proje geli\u015ftirmesine engel olmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u015fartlar\u0131nda neredeyse t\u00fcm D\u00fcnya`da enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapmak yeni trend. Ancak \u00fclkemizde \u015fuan yeni proje geli\u015ftirmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fil. Bunun sonucunda da bir f\u0131rsat e\u015fitsizli\u011fi meydana gelmektedir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Tuna a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131n\u0131n devam\u0131nda, \u201cDS\u0130`nin 2007 y\u0131l\u0131ndan sonra yeni Hidroelektrik Santral ba\u015fvurusu almamas\u0131 neticesinde bu konuda yat\u0131r\u0131m yapabilmenin tek yolu haz\u0131r elektrik \u00fcretim lisans al\u0131m\u0131 yapmak haline geldi. T\u00fcrkiye`deki b\u00fcy\u00fck, orta ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7ekli \u015firketlerin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, yabanc\u0131lar da haz\u0131r lisanslar\u0131 almak i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00e7aba sarf ediyor. Bunun sonucunda ise lisanslar astronomik rakamlarla de\u011fer buluyor\u201d ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Tuna s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc, \u201cSon zamanlarda s\u0131k s\u0131k g\u00fcndeme ta\u015f\u0131nan iyi planlanmam\u0131\u015f HES projeleri ve onlara kar\u015f\u0131 olu\u015fan kamuoyu tepkileri nedeniyle \u00fclkemizde genel olarak k\u00f6t\u00fc bir alg\u0131ya sebep olan Hidroelektrik Santraller, iyi planland\u0131klar\u0131nda \u00e7evre dostu, temiz ve yenilenebilir birer enerji sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131r. D\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz fosil kaynakl\u0131 ham maddelerden elde edilen elektrik enerjisi talebini azaltacak HES yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131, \u00fclkemiz i\u00e7in hayati \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Halen \u00fclkemizin enerji \u00fcretiminin yakla\u015f\u0131k d\u00f6rtte \u00fc\u00e7\u00fc, fosil kaynaklara ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015f durumda. Bu fosil kaynaklar\u0131n y\u00fczde 55-60\u2032l\u0131k b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc de do\u011falgaz olu\u015fturuyor. Elektrik \u00fcretiminde ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 oldu\u011fumuz do\u011falgaz enerji d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 artt\u0131r\u0131yor. Bu da \u00fclkemiz ekonomisi i\u00e7in en b\u00fcy\u00fck risklerin ba\u015f\u0131nda geliyor.
