Bahsi ge\u00e7en Japon teknolojisi pilot uygulamas\u0131 Batangas II Elektrik Kooperatifi\u2019nde test edilecek. Japon teknolojilerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 ayn\u0131 zamanda elektrik \u015firketlerine \u00fclkedeki yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u015febeke entegrasyonunun geli\u015ftirilmesinde de yard\u0131mc\u0131 olacak.<\/p>\n<p>92 elektrik \u015firketinden temsilciler, JICA\u2019n\u0131n teknik yard\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 memnuniyetle kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131lar. Konuyla ilgili olarak JICA K\u0131demli Temsilcisi Tetsuya Yamada: \u201cFilipin\u2019in kalk\u0131nma ortaklar\u0131ndan biri olarak Filipin yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesinde ve \u00fclkenin k\u0131r\u0131lganl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile m\u00fccadele edilmesinde g\u00fcvenilir enerji arz\u0131n\u0131n desteklenmesinin hayati rol\u00fcn\u00fcn fark\u0131nday\u0131z. JICA\u2019n\u0131n kalk\u0131nma i\u015fbirli\u011fi faaliyetleri, Filipin\u2019in k\u00fcresel alandaki rekabet\u00e7ili\u011fini ve uzun vadeli geli\u015fimini etkileyen sorunlara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm sa\u011flanmas\u0131nda Japon bilgi birikimini payla\u015fmaya devam edecektir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>NEA taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan veriler, 2015 i\u00e7in sistem ortalama kesinti s\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 endeksi olan SAIFI de\u011ferinin Filipinler\u2019de y\u0131lda 13,71 adet iken sistem ortalama kesinti s\u00fcresi olan SAIDI de\u011ferinin 18 saat oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor. Bu y\u00fczden, ortalama elektrik m\u00fc\u015fterisinin y\u0131lda toplamda 18 saat s\u00fcren 13,71 elektrik kesintisi ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131na geliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u011fer yandan Japonya\u2019da TEPCO elektrik \u015febekesinin SAIFI ve SAIDI de\u011ferleri s\u0131ras\u0131yla 0,06 adet ve 6 dakika olarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlenmi\u015f durumda.
