Yakar!\u201d adl\u0131 raporda t\u00fcm boyutlar\u0131yla masaya yat\u0131r\u0131yor. Rapor Eski\u015fehir, \u00c7anakkale ve Tekirda\u011f\u2019da yeni yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan \u00fc\u00e7 b\u00fcy\u00fck linyit projesi hakk\u0131nda y\u00f6re halk\u0131n\u0131n ve uzmanlar\u0131n santrallara y\u00f6nelik g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini de yak\u0131ndan inceliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, milli ve yerli enerji politikas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda i\u015fletime al\u0131nmas\u0131 planlanan\/i\u015fletimdeki linyit yak\u0131tl\u0131 termik santral projeleri yerine enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak g\u00fcne\u015f ve r\u00fczg\u00e2r\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n gereklili\u011fini g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne seriyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14 Linyit Yak\u0131tl\u0131 Termik Santral\u0131n Yan\u0131na 24 Adet Daha Geliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00dclkenin farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerinde 2017\u2019nin sonu itibar\u0131yla i\u015fletilen toplam 27 k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral bulunuyor (9167 MWe ) ve bunlar\u0131n 14 tanesini linyit yak\u0131tl\u0131 termik santrallar olu\u015fturuyor. \u0130\u015fletmedeki termik santrallara ek olarak bir de kurulmas\u0131 planlananlar var: 2017 sonu itibar\u0131yla 14 tane lisans s\u00fcrecinde, \u00fc\u00e7 tane ilan edilen, \u00fc\u00e7 tane in\u015fa halinde d\u00f6rt tane de lisans alm\u0131\u015f toplamda 24 linyitli termik santral plan\u0131 mevcut. Bu santrallar\u0131n toplam kurulu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn 16.420 MWe olaca\u011f\u0131 hesaplan\u0131yor. <strong>\u201cLinyit Yanmaz! Yakar!\u201d<\/strong> raporu, bu 24 adet linyit yak\u0131tl\u0131 termik santral aras\u0131ndan <strong>Alpu Termik Santral\u0131<\/strong> (Eski\u015fehir), <strong>Yenice \u00c7\u0131rp\u0131lar Termik Santral\u0131<\/strong> (\u00c7anakkale), <strong>\u00c7erkezk\u00f6y Termik Santral\u0131<\/strong> (Tekirda\u011f) projelerini ele al\u0131yor ve b\u00f6lge halk\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcrece y\u00f6nelik tepkilerine odaklan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Raporun Temel Bulgular\u0131 \u015eu \u015eekilde S\u0131ralanabilir:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki k\u00f6m\u00fcr \u00fcretimi ve t\u00fcketimi art\u0131\u015f e\u011filimi g\u00f6steriyor. Bu art\u0131\u015f\u0131n ard\u0131ndaki ivmeyi linyit k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fc \u00fcretimi ve termik santrallardaki t\u00fcketim olu\u015fturuyor.<\/li>\n<li>San\u0131lan\u0131n aksine, t\u00fcm k\u00f6m\u00fcr kaynaklar\u0131nda \u00fcretim\/t\u00fcketim miktar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan T\u00fcrkiye kendi kendine yetmiyor; ta\u015fk\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcnde ise neredeyse tamamen ithalata ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131.<\/li>\n<li>Te\u015fviklere ra\u011fmen linyit ve k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik se\u00e7ene\u011fi yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da ekonomik de\u011fil.<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santrallar do\u011fay\u0131 tehdit etmekle kalm\u0131yor, halk sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 da etkiliyor; ciddi hastal\u0131klara yol a\u00e7arak erken \u00f6l\u00fcm say\u0131s\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f\u0131 tetikliyor.<\/li>\n<li>Hava Kirlili\u011finin do\u011furdu\u011fu toplumsal muhalefet, yenilenebilir enerji fiyatlar\u0131ndaki d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f, Paris Anla\u015fmas\u0131\u2019yla geli\u015fen dinamikler sebebiyle k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral projelerine finansman bulmak gittik\u00e7e zorla\u015f\u0131yor.<\/li>\n<li>K\u00f6m\u00fcrle \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan santrallar, enerji \u00fcretebilmek i\u00e7in suya ihtiya\u00e7 duyarken, su kaynaklar\u0131 \u00fczerindeki stresi art\u0131r\u0131yorlar.<\/li>\n<li>Yanma teknolojisi ne olursa olsun iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine en \u00e7ok etkisi olan santrallar k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc ve bilhassa linyit yak\u0131tl\u0131 santrallar. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin hidrolojik, meteorolojik ve klimatolojik parametreleri de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi de termik santrallar\u0131 olumsuz etkiliyor.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin yerli k\u00f6m\u00fcr kaynak potansiyelini de\u011ferlendirmek i\u00e7in birbiri ard\u0131na att\u0131\u011f\u0131 ad\u0131mlar, \u00fclkede \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lan linyit k\u00f6m\u00fcr miktar\u0131n\u0131, t\u00fcketimini ve sera gaz\u0131 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yor. Bu tercih, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi ile m\u00fccadelesini ve sorumluluklar\u0131n\u0131 yerine getirmesini zorla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor.<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 2016\u2019da toplam CO2 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n %86,1\u2019i enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden kaynakland\u0131. Emisyon azalt\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in en mant\u0131kl\u0131 se\u00e7enek, linyite dayal\u0131 \u00fcretim modeli yerine r\u00fczg\u00e2r ve g\u00fcne\u015f se\u00e7eneklerine \u00f6ncelik vermek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Alpu Termik Santral\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Temel Bilgiler:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Eski\u015fehir Termik Santral\u0131 200 futbol sahas\u0131 kadar alana kurulacak, bunun i\u00e7in ise 1100 futbol sahas\u0131 kadar alan kamula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak isteniyor.<\/li>\n<li>Eski\u015fehir\u2019de yap\u0131lmak istenen santral y\u0131lda en az 6,3 milyon ton k\u00f6m\u00fcr yakarak, 1,6 milyon ton k\u00fcl ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacak. Eski\u015fehir\u2019in havas\u0131, topra\u011f\u0131, suyu kirlenecek.<\/li>\n<li>Eski\u015fehir\u2019de yap\u0131lmas\u0131 planlanan santral\u0131n 35 y\u0131l \u00e7al\u0131\u015faca\u011f\u0131 hesaplan\u0131rsa 3200 ki\u015finin erken \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne sebep olacak. Eski\u015fehirliler termik santral de\u011fil, do\u011faya ve insana zarar vermeyen biz \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm istiyor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tepeba\u015f\u0131 Belediye Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 Melih Sava\u015f: \u201cB\u00f6yle bir yat\u0131r\u0131mla ne oradaki sosyal hayat\u0131 canland\u0131rabilirsiniz ne ekonomik olarak oray\u0131 kalk\u0131nd\u0131rabilirsiniz, tam tersi bir durum yarat\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yenice \u00c7\u0131rp\u0131lar Santral\u0131 Hakk\u0131nda Temel Bilgiler:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kaz Da\u011flar\u0131\u2019n\u0131n yan\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na kurulmak istenen \u00c7\u0131rp\u0131lar Termik Santral\u0131 90 adet futbol sahas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir alana yerle\u015ftirilecek, santralda 465 bin ton k\u00fcl depolanacak ve y\u0131lda 2,6 milyon ton k\u00f6m\u00fcr t\u00fcketilecek.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7\u0131rp\u0131lar Termik Santral\u0131, so\u011futma i\u00e7in y\u0131lda 3,5 milyon metrek\u00fcp suyu tar\u0131msal sulama ama\u00e7l\u0131 kullan\u0131lan \u00c7\u0131rp\u0131lar G\u00f6leti\u2019nden \u00e7ekecek, b\u00f6lgenin do\u011fas\u0131n\u0131 yok edecek.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Kayatepe Eski Muhtar\u0131 H\u00fcseyin Soylu: \u201cKaz Da\u011flar\u0131 Alpler\u2019den sonra d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en zengin oksijen depolar\u0131ndan bir tanesi.
