Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l\u0131n ayn\u0131 d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re r\u00fczgar enerjisinde i\u015fletmeye ge\u00e7en santrallerde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fclse de, in\u015fas\u0131 devam eden santrallerde art\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlemlendi.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fletmede olan proje say\u0131s\u0131 171 olurken, Polat Enerji 566 MW ile ilk s\u0131rada, Demirer Enerji 487 MW ile ikinci s\u0131rada ve G\u00fcri\u015f 481 MW ile \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fletmedeki r\u00fczgar enerjisi santrallerinin kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan y\u00fczde 38,91\u2019i Ege b\u00f6lgesinde, y\u00fczde 33,92\u2019si Marmara\u2019da, y\u00fczde 13,31\u2019i Akdeniz\u2019de ve y\u00fczde 8,69\u2019u \u0130\u00e7 Anadolu B\u00f6lgesinde bulunuyor. Karadeniz ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu\u2019da hayata ge\u00e7en santrallerde art\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Karadeniz\u2019de y\u00fczde 3,83 ve G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu\u2019da y\u00fczde 1,33 oran\u0131nda i\u015fletmeye ge\u00e7en santral var.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130llere g\u00f6re s\u0131ralamada \u0130zmir, Bal\u0131kesir, Manisa ve Hatay \u00f6n planda. Bununla birlikte bu y\u0131l ilk defa Konya\u2019da i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nan r\u00fczgar santralinin oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Sivas, Tokat, Bursa, Amasya, Gaziantep ve Kocaeli illerinde ise yat\u0131r\u0131mlarda h\u0131zl\u0131 bir art\u0131\u015f\u0131n oldu\u011fu fark ediliyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u0130n\u015faa Halinde RES\u2019lerde art\u0131\u015f oldu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130n\u015faas\u0131 devam eden RES\u2019ler 552 MW\u2019tan 885 MW\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Yirmidokuz proje i\u00e7inde \u00c7anakkale ve Denizli\u2019de toplam 243 MW\u2019l\u0131k projeyi hayata ge\u00e7irmeye haz\u0131rlanan Akfen Enerji \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Sancak Enerji\u2019nin Konya\u2019da kuraca\u011f\u0131 155 MW\u2019l\u0131k santral, Konya ili i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir yat\u0131r\u0131m olacak. A\u011fao\u011flu\u2019nun Bal\u0131kesir\u2019deki 124 MW\u2019l\u0131k projesi ise \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada yer al\u0131yor. Birincil r\u00fczgar alanlar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda Amasya, Malatya, Kahramanmara\u015f gibi ikincil r\u00fczgar alanlar\u0131ndaki in\u015faatlar, r\u00fczgar\u0131n gittik\u00e7e yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kapasite Art\u0131\u015f Talepleri De\u011ferlendirilmeli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Rapora ili\u015fkin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini dile getiren T\u00dcREB Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mustafa Serdar Ataseven, son y\u0131llarda d\u00fcnyadaki siyasi ve ekonomiksel dalgalanmalara ra\u011fmen T\u00fcrkiye\u2019deki r\u00fczgar sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn yoluna devam etti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n artmas\u0131 i\u00e7in giri\u015fimcilere y\u00f6nelik s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir, net, \u015feffaf ve uygulanabilirli\u011fi y\u00fcksek \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlerin sunulmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fine dikkat \u00e7eken Ataseven, finansal istikrara olan inanc\u0131n g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini ifade etti.<\/p>\n<p>2020 y\u0131l\u0131 sonras\u0131ndaki belirsizli\u011fin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131yla hem santrallerde hem de r\u00fczgar sanayisinde h\u0131zla bir canlanma olaca\u011f\u0131na inand\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Ataseven, sanayicilerin ve yabanc\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n bu s\u00fcreci yak\u0131ndan takip ettiklerini belirterek s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cGer\u00e7ek anlamda at\u0131l\u0131mlar planl\u0131yorsak, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn desteklenmesine y\u00f6nelik h\u0131zl\u0131 kararlar\u0131n al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Bu taleplerin \u00f6n\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131rsa sekt\u00f6r s\u00fcratle bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 hayata ge\u00e7irebilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu projeler in\u015faat izin s\u00fcre\u00e7lerini tamamlam\u0131\u015f, yollar\u0131n\u0131 in\u015fa etmi\u015f, enerji nakil hatlar\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011flatm\u0131\u015f, kamula\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131 bitirmi\u015f projelerdir.
