Yava\u015flam\u0131\u015f olsa dahi liderli\u011fi elinde bulunduran Asya&#8217;y\u0131, son d\u00f6nemde h\u0131zlanan Kuzey Amerika ve hemen ard\u0131ndan Avrupa takip ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupadaki finansal kriz nedeniyle 2013&#8217;de yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n durumunu tahmin etmek g\u00fc\u00e7 olsa da, Avrupa Birli\u011finin 2009\/28\/EC yenilenebilir enerji y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi gere\u011fince \u00fcye \u00fclkelerin 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n % 20&#8217;sini (Bunun % 10 ula\u015f\u0131m sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnden sa\u011flanacak) yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131layacak olmas\u0131 2020 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n h\u0131z kesmeyece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcrt\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>GWED verilerine g\u00f6re T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de 2011 y\u0131l\u0131 sonunda 1.8GW olan r\u00fczgar t\u00fcrbini kapsitesi, 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 0.5GW artarak 2.3GW&#8217;a ula\u015ft\u0131. Almanya 31.3GW&#8217;la Avrupa liderli\u011fini ve d\u00fcnya \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc elinde bulundururken Almanyay\u0131 22.8GW&#8217;la \u0130spanya, 8.4 GW&#8217;la \u0130ngiltere, 8.1 GW&#8217;la \u0130talya ve 7.2GW&#8217;la Fransa takip ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Avrupa Birli\u011fi&#8217;ne kat\u0131lmak isteyen T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin mevcut kapasitesi 50GW&#8217;\u0131n \u00fczerinde. Devam eden k\u00f6m\u00fcr termik santralleri ve n\u00fckleer santral projelerini de dikkate ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda\u00a0 2020 y\u0131l\u0131nda kadar mevcut yenilenebilir enerjiyi birinci \u00f6ncelik haline getirmemiz gerekiyor.
