Amac\u0131, eldeki kayna\u011f\u0131 etkin ve verimli bi\u00e7imde, daha s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir halde kullanmak olan proje, devreye al\u0131nmas\u0131ndan itibaren 7 ayl\u0131k \u0131s\u0131tma d\u00f6neminde 2.200.626,42 Kwh tasarruf sa\u011flad\u0131. Bu tasarruf Simav Belediyesinin elektrik i\u00e7in 990.281,88 TL daha az harcama yapmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u0131ll\u0131k elektrik enerjisinden yap\u0131lan tasarruf, toplam yap\u0131m bedeli 1 milyon 341 bin 860 TL olan projenin yat\u0131r\u0131m bedelinin geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u00fcresini 1 y\u0131ldan daha k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcreye \u00e7ekmi\u015f bulunuyor. Projenin toplam yap\u0131m bedeli 1 milyon 341 bin 860 TL olup K\u00fctahya, U\u015fak, Afyon ve Manisa B\u00f6lgeleri\u2019nin (TR33 B\u00f6lgesi) kalk\u0131nmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kurulmu\u015f olan T.C. Zafer Kalk\u0131nma Ajans\u0131 proje maliyetinin 600 bin TL\u2019sini kar\u015f\u0131layarak proje orta\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015f, kalan bedel ise Simav Belediyesi\u2019nin \u00f6z kaynaklar\u0131ndan kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Proje, Danfoss bayisi Sekon Otomasyon Ltd. \u015eti. ile Simav\u2019da hayata ge\u00e7irildi. Simav Belediyesi Jeotermal B\u00f6lgesel Is\u0131tma sistemi ise 1992 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulmu\u015ftur ve toplam kapasitesi 15.000 konut e\u015fde\u011feridir. Projenin yap\u0131m\u0131na ba\u015flanmadan \u00f6nce jeotermal enerji ile yakla\u015f\u0131k 13.000 konut e\u015fde\u011feri \u0131s\u0131tma yap\u0131l\u0131rken, sistem otomasyonu ve modernizasyonu sa\u011fland\u0131ktan sonra ayn\u0131 enerji ile ve daha az i\u015fletme giderleriyle 15.000 konut e\u015fde\u011feri \u00fczerinde \u0131s\u0131tma yap\u0131labilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bina altlar\u0131na tak\u0131lan b\u00f6lgesel \u0131s\u0131tma vanalar\u0131 sayesinde binalarda ya\u015fanan mekanik dengesizli\u011fin de \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilmi\u015f, binalar\u0131n daha konforlu ve verimli \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Projede, e\u015fanj\u00f6rlerin boyutlar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015ftirilmeden \u0131s\u0131l transfer kapasitesi artt\u0131r\u0131larak daha fazla enerji transferine imkan sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015f, b\u00f6ylece enerji daha verimli kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TOK\u0130 B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nden tasarruf edilen enerji ile yeni mahallelerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar ba\u015flad\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TOK\u0130 Is\u0131 Merkezi\u2019ne kurulan otomasyon sonras\u0131nda termal debide yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 m\u00b3\/h saat tasarruf sa\u011flan\u0131rken bina altlar\u0131na tak\u0131lan bas\u0131n\u00e7tan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z oransal debi ve s\u0131cakl\u0131k kontrol vanalar\u0131 ile bina d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f s\u0131cakl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n sabitlenmesi ile delta T 8 \u00b0C daha artt\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece Termal enerjiden y\u0131ll\u0131k bazda %30 ila %40 aras\u0131nda tasarruf sa\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. TOK\u0130 B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nden tasarruf edilen bu enerji ile yeni bir mahallenin \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>TOK\u0130 B\u00f6lgesi\u2019nde toplam aktif \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lan alan 940.000 m\u00b2 yani 940 konut ile e\u015fde\u011ferdir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abone \u015fikayetleri ile ar\u0131zalarda azalma ve bak\u0131m-onar\u0131m giderlerinden tasarruf m\u00fcmk\u00fcn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Proje \u00f6ncesinde \u0131s\u0131t\u0131lan mahallelerin %30\u2019u a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 \u0131s\u0131nma \u015fikayetinde bulunurken, di\u011fer %30\u2019u da yeterli \u0131s\u0131namama \u015fikayetlerinde bulunmaktayd\u0131. Proje sonras\u0131nda konforlu \u0131s\u0131nma oran\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k %99\u2019a \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131rken bak\u0131m-onar\u0131m giderlerinde de yakla\u015f\u0131k %20 tasarruf edilmi\u015ftir.
