Tasar\u0131m ve \u00fcr\u00fcn se\u00e7imleri ile <span class=\"il\">LEED<\/span> Ayd\u0131nlatma Kalitesi gereklerinin sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 BASF Merkez Ofisi\u2019nde, ayd\u0131nlatman\u0131n y\u00fczde 75\u2019ten fazlas\u0131 g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 sens\u00f6rleri ve y\u00fczde 95\u2019ten fazlas\u0131 ise varl\u0131k sens\u00f6rleri taraf\u0131ndan kontrol ediliyor. Ofisteki elektronik cihazlar\u0131n y\u00fczde 90\u2019\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 ise uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Tasarrufu Standard\u0131 olarak kabul edilen \u201cEnergy Star\u201d sertifikal\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"il\">LEED<\/span> Gold Sertifikas\u0131 alan BASF ofisinde b\u00fcnyesinde olu\u015fturulan geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm noktalar\u0131nda k\u00e2\u011f\u0131t, plastik ve cam gibi at\u0131klar toplanarak geri kazan\u0131l\u0131yor ve bu sayede \u00e7evreye etkisi en aza indiriliyor. \u00d6te yandan ofiste kullan\u0131lan yap\u0131 malzemelerinin 20 adetten fazlas\u0131nda \u2018\u00c7evresel \u00dcr\u00fcn Beyan\u0131\u2019, yani \u00fcretim safhalar\u0131ndan itibaren \u00e7evreye etkisi azalt\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan \u00fcr\u00fcnlere verilen EPD belgesi bulunurken, malzemelerde toplamda y\u00fczde 20\u2019den fazla oranda geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f i\u00e7erik kullan\u0131larak do\u011fal kaynak kullan\u0131m\u0131 azalt\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>BASF\u2019nin ofisinde i\u00e7 hava kalitesini art\u0131rmak i\u00e7in olu\u015fturulan mekanik sistemler mek\u00e2na y\u00fczde 30 art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f taze hava verecek \u015fekilde tasarlan\u0131rken, kullan\u0131lan malzemelerin yar\u0131s\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 ise d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck emisyonlu olacak \u015fekilde se\u00e7ildi.<\/p>\n<p>BASF ofisi, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar i\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131k ofis planlamas\u0131 sayesinde, mekanlarda kullan\u0131c\u0131lara oturduklar\u0131 yerden geni\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f imk\u00e2n\u0131 sunuyor.
