T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de biyok\u00fctle alan\u0131nda 2017 y\u0131l itibar\u0131yla kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 634.2 MV civar\u0131nda bulunuyordu. Ancak biyok\u00fctlenin \u00fclkemizdeki enerji potansiyeli 8.6 milyon ton petrole e\u015fde\u011fer! Rakamlar enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011finin son d\u00f6nemde daha s\u0131k g\u00fcndeme geldi\u011fi T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de biyok\u00fctlenin enerji \u00fcretiminde kayda de\u011fer bir paya sahip olabilece\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p>EMTA Enerji Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Orkun \u00d6zgencil, 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 sonuna kadar iki ayr\u0131 biyok\u00fctle tesisi in\u015fa etmeyi hedeflediklerinin alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izdi. Anahtar teslim r\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f ve biyok\u00fctle santrallerini 6 ila 8 ayda bitirme ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131na sahip olduklar\u0131n\u0131 vurgulayan \u00d6zgencil neden biyok\u00fctle enerjisine odakland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131yor: &#8220;Her anlamda \u00e7ok verimli topraklarda ya\u015f\u0131yoruz, bu sebeple \u00f6ncelikle \u00fclkemizde enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndaki \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fi, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011fini art\u0131rmal\u0131y\u0131z. HES\u2019ler bug\u00fcn kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7te y\u00fczde 33,7 oran\u0131na sahipken, RES y\u00fczde 7,7, GES y\u00fczde 1,7 ve JES y\u00fczde 1,1 olarak pastadan pay\u0131n\u0131 alm\u0131\u015f durumda. Fakat biyok\u00fctle gibi di\u011fer yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir potansiyele sahip olmalar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131n toplamda hala y\u00fczde 1\u2019in alt\u0131nda seyrediyor. 80 milyon insan\u0131n ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkede \u00e7\u0131kan at\u0131k miktar\u0131 bir\u00e7ok k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7aptaki \u00fclkenin t\u00fcm enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak d\u00fczeye ula\u015fabilir. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ayr\u0131ca tar\u0131m ve hayvanc\u0131l\u0131k \u00fclkesi olmas\u0131 sayesinde yap\u0131lacak uzun vadeli b\u00f6lgesel planlamalarla temiz enerji \u00fcretimine uzun soluklu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc santraller dahil edilebilir.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7\u00f6p\u00fcm\u00fcz de\u011ferlenecek<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enerji Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n 2023 Yenilenebilir Enerji Stratejisi \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde biyok\u00fctle enerjisi i\u00e7in en az 1000 MWe kurulu g\u00fc\u00e7 hedefleniyor. Bu hedefe ula\u015fmak i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle biyok\u00fctle enerjisinin de en az r\u00fczgar, g\u00fcne\u015f kadar \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funun karar vericiler taraf\u0131ndan tan\u0131mlanmas\u0131 gerekiyor. Enerji yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapmak isteyen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n biyok\u00fctle alan\u0131nda bilgilendirilmesinin \u00f6nemini vurgulayan \u00d6zgencil, \u201cYenilenebilir enerji g\u00fcne\u015f, r\u00fczgar ya da su kaynaklar\u0131ndan ibaret de\u011fil. 80 milyona yak\u0131n n\u00fcfusa sahip T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de her y\u0131l milyonlarca ton \u00e7\u00f6p \u00fcretiliyor. Bunun yan\u0131 s\u0131ra tar\u0131msal ve hayvansal at\u0131klar s\u00f6z konusu. T\u00fcm bunlar\u0131n bertaraf edilmesi i\u00e7in de ciddi b\u00fct\u00e7eler harcan\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00f6pleri yok etmek i\u00e7in para harcamak yerine enerjiye d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcp para kazanmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Biyok\u00fctle tesislerinin say\u0131s\u0131 artt\u0131k\u00e7a \u00e7\u00f6p\u00fcm\u00fcz daha de\u011ferli olacak\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>D\u00fcnyan\u0131n en de\u011ferli g\u00fcbresi biyok\u00fctle kullan\u0131m\u0131yla sa\u011flan\u0131yor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Biyok\u00fctle tesislerinin in\u015fa edildi\u011fi alanlar kendi ekosistemini de yarat\u0131yor. Tar\u0131msal ve hayvansal at\u0131klar\u0131n yo\u011fun oldu\u011fu bir b\u00f6lgeye in\u015fa edilen bir enerji tesisinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan s\u0131cak su yine ayn\u0131 b\u00f6lgede kullan\u0131ma sunuluyor. At\u0131klar\u0131n yak\u0131lmas\u0131 sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan k\u00fcl ise \u2018d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en de\u011ferli g\u00fcbresi\u2019. Tarladaki at\u0131k belki de 1 ay sonra g\u00fcbre olarak ayn\u0131 topra\u011fa geri d\u00f6n\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Biyok\u00fctlenin bir enerji kayna\u011f\u0131 olarak kullan\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde hem at\u0131klar\u0131n d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc hem de temiz enerji elde edildi\u011fini vurgulayan \u00d6zgencil, s\u00f6zlerine \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: &#8220;Liberalle\u015fen bir enerji piyasas\u0131nday\u0131z, \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r te\u015fvik ediliyor, enerji fiyatlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Fiyatlar d\u00fc\u015ferken ayn\u0131 zamanda bizim ba\u015fka hangi kaynaklardan enerji \u00fcretebiliriz diye kafa yormam\u0131z laz\u0131m. Biyok\u00fctle konusunu \u00fclkemize ait ve s\u00fcrekli yenilenen bir kaynak olmas\u0131 sebebiyle \u00e7ok \u00f6nemsiyoruz.
