Elektrikli arac\u0131 bilenlerin y\u00fczde 80\u2019i, bilmeyenlerin ise y\u00fczde 65\u2019i elektrikli ara\u00e7 sat\u0131n almay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnebilece\u011fini net bir \u015fekilde belirtiyor. Elektrikli ara\u00e7 sat\u0131n almak isteyenlerin bu tercihinin arkas\u0131nda; elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetli, tasarruflu ve \u00e7evre dostu olmas\u0131 gibi nedenler \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Elektrikli ara\u00e7 sat\u0131n almay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyenlerde ise; elektrikli ara\u00e7 hakk\u0131nda yeterli bilgiye sahip olmamak, T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hen\u00fcz yayg\u0131nla\u015fmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 ve teknik \u00f6zelliklerin yetersiz kalaca\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6n\u00fcnde alg\u0131lar\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck tasarruf<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elektrikli ara\u00e7lar ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin durumu ile ilgili yap\u0131lan en g\u00fcncel ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00f6zelli\u011fine sahip olan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada, elektrikli ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine etkisi de incelendi. Ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya g\u00f6re 2035 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131 dola\u015f\u0131mda tutmak i\u00e7in y\u0131ll\u0131k 2.6 milyar kWh e\u015fde\u011ferinde enerji ihtiyac\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Ancak elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u015farj\u0131 tamamen yenilenebilir enerjiden sa\u011flan\u0131rsa, 2022 y\u0131l\u0131na gelindi\u011finde y\u0131ll\u0131k 1.3 milyon ton CO2 kazan\u0131m\u0131 elde edilecek.<\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rman\u0131n hem sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn hem de kamunun faydalanaca\u011f\u0131 pek \u00e7ok i\u00e7 g\u00f6r\u00fc ve analiz bar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten <strong>Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi Enerji Politikalar\u0131 Ara\u015ft\u0131rma Merkezi (EPAM) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve End\u00fcstri M\u00fchendisli\u011fi B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. G\u00fcrkan Kumbaro\u011flu<\/strong> \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/p>\n<p><strong>G\u00fcrkan: Elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 yenilenebilir enerjiden sa\u011flan\u0131rsa, pazar daha h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcr <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cBo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi olarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ara\u015ft\u0131rmada T\u00fcrk halk\u0131n\u0131n elektrikli ara\u00e7lar konusunda olduk\u00e7a istekli oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fck. Ara\u00e7 sahibi olan veya \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki 2 y\u0131l i\u00e7erisinde ara\u00e7 sat\u0131n almay\u0131 planlayan 600 ki\u015fi ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz anket sonucunda halk\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n elektrikli ara\u00e7lara b\u00fcy\u00fck ilgi duydu\u011fu, ancak yeterli bilgiye sahibi olmamalar\u0131n\u0131n ve elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u015farj\u0131na y\u00f6nelik yeterli altyap\u0131 bulunmamas\u0131n\u0131n elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcndeki temel engeller oldu\u011fu verisine ula\u015ft\u0131k. Bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle, elektrikli ara\u00e7 sat\u0131n almay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeme sebepleri aras\u0131nda alg\u0131ya y\u00f6nelik bariyerler y\u00fczde 47\u2019lik bir oran olu\u015fturuyor. Bu ki\u015filerin y\u00fczde 19 bilgi eksikli\u011fi olanlar, y\u00fczde 18 ise \u201cAltyap\u0131s\u0131 yok\u201d diyenlerden olu\u015fuyor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u015farj istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131, bu altyap\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fmesinde kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de hibrit ara\u00e7lar\u0131 saymazsak 2017 y\u0131l\u0131 sonu itibariyle yakla\u015f\u0131k 2.500 elektrikli arac\u0131n kullan\u0131mda oldu\u011funu biliyoruz. Bug\u00fcn en l\u00fcks ara\u00e7 segmentinden en ekonomik ara\u00e7lara kadar, t\u00fcm otomotiv markalar\u0131n\u0131n elektrikli ara\u00e7lara y\u00f6nelik ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz \u00e7ok g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir e\u011filimi bulunuyor. Tamamen ge\u00e7i\u015fi sa\u011flamasalar bile portf\u00f6ylerinde en az bir temiz araca yer verme gayretleri var. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi beklenen bu end\u00fcstride elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131 yenilenebilir enerjiden sa\u011flan\u0131rsa, elektrikli ara\u00e7 pazar\u0131 ger\u00e7ek anlamda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fcme trendine girecektir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fcnyadaki benzer \u00f6rnekleriyle end\u00fcstri hakk\u0131nda bilgi veren Kumbaro\u011flu, \u201c\u00d6rne\u011fin elektrikli otomobil devriminin \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc \u00fcstlenen Norve\u00e7\u2019te elektri\u011fin y\u00fczde 94\u2019\u00fc yenilenebilir kaynaklardan ve yakla\u015f\u0131k 17 g\/kWh sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131 ile \u00fcretiliyor. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ise bu oran y\u00fczde 29 ve elektrikle birlikte yakla\u015f\u0131k 520 g\/kWh sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131 \u00fcretiliyor. Yani T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de \u015febekeden elektrik alan ara\u00e7 Norve\u00e7\u2019te \u015febekeden \u015farj olan bir elektrikli araca g\u00f6re yakla\u015f\u0131k 30 kat daha fazla sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131na neden oluyor. \u015earj sistemi kuran \u015firketlerin yenilenebilir enerji kullanmalar\u0131 sa\u011flan\u0131rsa ancak elektrikli ara\u00e7lara ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma hedeflerini destekler. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmam\u0131z\u0131 bu vizyonla g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc do\u011frudan g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden alan \u015febeke <em>destekli<\/em> fotovoltaik <em>\u015farj<\/em> istasyonlar\u0131na odakl\u0131 geli\u015ftirdik. Elektrikli ara\u00e7 kullan\u0131m\u0131na ge\u00e7i\u015fi g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisiyle birlikte d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek gerekiyor. Aksi takdirde ilave elektrik ihtiyac\u0131ndan ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ilave sera gaz\u0131 sal\u0131m\u0131, benzin ve dizel kullan\u0131m\u0131ndaki tasarrufun azaltt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sera gaz\u0131ndan fazla oluyor. Bo\u011fazi\u00e7i \u00dcniversitesi Enerji Modelleme Sistemi ile yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z sim\u00fclasyon sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 bunu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyuyor. Elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n \u015farj\u0131nda ka\u015f yaparken g\u00f6z \u00e7\u0131karmamak i\u00e7in g\u00fcne\u015fe ihtiya\u00e7 var\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130lk defa T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de temiz enerji ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u015farj noktalar\u0131 i\u00e7in ideal lokasyonlar belirlendi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ara\u015ft\u0131rmada co\u011frafi bilgi sistemi \u00fczerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131larak g\u00fcne\u015f destekli \u015farj istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ve otoparklar\u0131n kurulumu i\u00e7in de bir analiz yap\u0131ld\u0131. T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in g\u00fcne\u015f sahalar\u0131 ve g\u00fcne\u015f potansiyeli de ara\u015ft\u0131rmaya dahil edilerek \u015febeke ile ba\u011flant\u0131ya sahip ve g\u00fcne\u015f potansiyeli y\u00fcksek noktalar belirlendi. Haz\u0131rlanan co\u011frafi bilgi sistemi haritas\u0131, elektrik \u015farj istasyonlar\u0131n\u0131n ve otoparklar\u0131n g\u00fcne\u015f enerjisi kullanarak nerelerde kurulabilece\u011fi konusunda t\u00fcm sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7in rehber g\u00f6revi g\u00f6recek. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmeler de ara\u00e7 almay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenlerin istasyon yoklu\u011fundan yak\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, istasyon yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 yapmay\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnen yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n da elektrikli araca talep olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bu alanda te\u015fvik mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti\u011fini g\u00f6sterdi. Bir \u015fekilde iki mekanizmay\u0131 da ayn\u0131 anda ilerletecek bir te\u015fvik mekanizmas\u0131 olu\u015fturmak gerekiyor. \u00d6zellikle kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn bu alanda bir araya gelmesi, elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck fark yaratacakt\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin \u0130ngiltere\u2019de bu te\u015fvik mekanizmas\u0131 do\u011frultusunda, elektrikli ara\u00e7lar\u0131n belirli b\u00f6lgelere \u00fccretsiz girmesi gibi uygulamalarla \u00f6ncelikli olarak elektrikli araca olan talep art\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131 ve beraberinde \u015farj istasyonu yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 geldi. Bir di\u011fer y\u00f6ntem de elektrikli ara\u00e7 \u015farj istasyonlar\u0131 yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 i\u00e7in te\u015fvik getirilmesi ve istasyonlar\u0131n geli\u015fmesiyle elektrikli ara\u00e7 sahipli\u011finin artmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131.
