Sorun s\u0131ralamas\u0131nda pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilk s\u0131raya y\u00fckselmesine ra\u011fmen, fiyatlar\u0131 makul bulanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kaydedilmesi raporun \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131ndan bir bakas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6nceki \u00a0y\u0131l, kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n elektrik fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 nas\u0131l buldu\u011fu sorguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda y\u00fczde 85,8 \u2018y\u00fcksek ve \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek\u2019 cevaplar\u0131 verilirken, y\u00fczde 12,6 elektrik fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131 normal buldu\u011funu belirtiyordu. Halbuki 2017 sonuclar\u0131na g\u00f6re \u00a0y\u00fcksek bulanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 79,8, normal bulanlar\u0131n oran\u0131 ise y\u00fczde 19 oldu. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde do\u011falgaz fiyatlar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda y\u00f6neltilen soruya verilen cevaplar 2016\u2019da \u00a0y\u00fczde 64,6 \u2018y\u00fcksek ve \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek\u2019, y\u00fczde 13,7 \u2018normal\u2019 \u015feklinde iken, 2017\u2019de \u00a0bu oranlar s\u0131ras\u0131yla y\u00fczde 56,5 ve y\u00fczde 19,4 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti. Enerjinin ucuz olmas\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli oldu\u011funu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenler de y\u00fczde 41,6\u2019dan y\u00fczde 39\u2019a gerilemi\u015f vaziyette.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00f6nemli sorunlar\u0131nda ise ekonomi \u00f6n plana \u00e7\u0131karken, demokrasi de s\u0131ralamaya girdi. 2016\u2019da \u00a0ankette T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin en \u00f6nemli \u00fc\u00e7 sorunu olarak, e\u011fitim (y\u00fczde 27), i\u00e7 g\u00fcvenlik (y\u00fczde 21,9) ve ekonomi (y\u00fczde 15,7) g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrken, 2017\u2019de \u00a0s\u0131ralama ekonomi (y\u00fczde 21,9), e\u011fitim (y\u00fczde 19) ve demokrasi (y\u00fczde 11,9) olarak de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f g\u00f6z\u00fckmektedir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Siyasete y\u00f6nelik Sonu\u00e7lar &#8211; Se\u00e7menin oy verme e\u011filimi ve Enerji politikalar\u0131\u00a0 \u0130lintisi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anketin siyasete y\u00f6nelik en \u00f6nemli \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar\u0131ndan biri ise, enerjide en b\u00fcy\u00fck sorun pahal\u0131l\u0131k diyenlerin oranlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015fta AK Parti se\u00e7menleri olmak \u00fczere t\u00fcm parti se\u00e7menlerinde artm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131. Pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 enerji sistemindeki en \u00f6nemli sorun olarak g\u00f6renlerdeki art\u0131\u015flar, son se\u00e7imlerde AK Parti\u2019ye oy veren se\u00e7menlerde y\u00fczde 12,8 olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015firken, CHP se\u00e7menlerinde y\u00fczde 5,9; MHP se\u00e7menlerinde y\u00fczde 9, HDP se\u00e7menlerinde ise y\u00fczde 2,6 oldu. Ge\u00e7en y\u0131l CHP ve HDP ilk s\u0131ralarda yer al\u0131rken, bu y\u0131l AK Parti se\u00e7menlerinin y\u00fczde 41,9 ile pahal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 en \u00f6nemli sorun g\u00f6ren en b\u00fcy\u00fck se\u00e7men grubu oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Ayr\u0131ca,\u2018Oy verirken partinizin enerji politikalar\u0131n\u0131 dikkate al\u0131r m\u0131s\u0131n\u0131z?\u2019 sorusuna verilen olumlu yan\u0131tlarda da ciddi art\u0131\u015flar g\u00f6zlendi. \u2018Dikkate almam\u2019 diyenlerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 11,2\u2019lik kayba u\u011frarken, \u2018Biraz dikkate al\u0131r\u0131m\u2019 diyenlerin oran\u0131 y\u00fczde 12,9; \u2018\u00c7ok dikkate al\u0131r\u0131m\u2019 diyenlerinki ise y\u00fczde 1,4 artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlenmekte. Ankete kat\u0131lanlar\u0131n h\u00fck\u00fcmetin enerji politikalar\u0131nda en ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 bulduklar\u0131 alanlarda da de\u011fi\u015fiklikler kaydedilmi\u015f vaziyette. 2016\u2019daki s\u0131ralama \u2018petrol ve do\u011falgaz boru hatlar\u0131\u2019, \u2018do\u011falgaz temini\u2019 ve \u2018elektrik \u00fcretimi-iletimi-da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131\u2019 \u015feklinde olurken; \u2018enerji fiyatlar\u0131\u2019 a\u00e7\u0131k ara ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z bulunanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda yer almaktayd\u0131. 2017\u2019de \u00a0ise,\u2018do\u011falgaz temini\u2019 y\u00fczde 8,1\u2019lik kayba ra\u011fmen ilk s\u0131raya y\u00fckseldi, \u2018petrol ve do\u011falgaz boru hatlar\u0131\u2019 y\u00fczde 12,3 azalarak ikinci s\u0131raya d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131radaki \u2018elektrik \u00fcretimi-iletimi-da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131\u2019 da ayn\u0131 s\u0131rada yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmekte.H\u00fck\u00fcmetin enerji politikalar\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z bulunanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda gelen \u2018enerji fiyatlar\u0131\u2019 y\u00fczde 9,5\u2019luk art\u0131\u015fla bu y\u0131l da yerini korurken, 2016\u2019da \u00a0se\u00e7enekler aras\u0131nda bulunmayan \u2018enerjide \u00f6zelle\u015ftirme\u2019 ise y\u00fczde 49 ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z ile ikinci s\u0131raya yerle\u015fti. Y\u00fczde 30,8 ile \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131rada ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131z bulunan \u2018n\u00fckleer enerji politikas\u0131\u2019 yerini korudu, 2016\u2019da ikinci s\u0131rada bulunan \u2018enerji verimlili\u011fi ve tasarrufu\u2019 da d\u00f6rd\u00fcnc\u00fc s\u0131raya d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc.<\/p>\n<p><strong>K\u00fcresel \u00c7evre &#8211; \u0130klim \u00a0duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve Yenilenebilir Enerjiye destek Trendi ve Gelece\u011fin Parlayan Y\u0131ld\u0131z\u0131 G\u00fcne\u015f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz 2018 y\u0131l\u0131 Ocak ay\u0131nda \u0130svi\u00e7re\u2019nin Davos kasabas\u0131nda Davos Zirvesi olarak bilinen D\u00fcnya Ekonomik Forumu (WEF-World Economic Forum),<a href=\"#_edn1\" name=\"_ednref1\">[i]<\/a> \u201cPar\u00e7alanan D\u00fcnyada Ortak Gelecek Olu\u015fturmak\u201d ana temas\u0131yla, yakla\u015f\u0131k 2500 devlet temsilcisi, i\u015f lideri ve akademisyenin kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131yla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti.\u00a0\u00a0 S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik g\u00fcndeminin artan \u00f6nem ve farkl\u0131 ba\u015fl\u0131klar alt\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zirvede, s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma yolundaki devlet ve i\u015f taahh\u00fctleri Forum\u2019un \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kan konular\u0131 aras\u0131ndayd\u0131.B\u00fcy\u00fcme beklentisi, son 7 y\u0131ld\u0131r olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar kuvvetli bir \u015fekilde ortaya konuldu. Ankete kat\u0131l\u0131m sa\u011flayanlar\u0131n ge\u00e7en y\u0131l y\u00fczde 65,2\u2019si bu y\u0131l ise y\u00fczde 66,4\u2019\u00fc evlerinde \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Sorular\u0131 cevaplayanlardan y\u00fczde 34,2\u2019lik bir kesimin ge\u00e7en y\u0131l evlerinde \u0131s\u0131 yal\u0131t\u0131m\u0131 bulunurken, bu y\u0131l bu oran y\u00fczde 32,1 oldu.
