Avrupa Birli\u011fi’nin bilimsel ve uygulamal\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131rma, geli\u015ftirme ve inovasyon projelerine destek olmak \u00fczere olu\u015fturdu\u011fu\u00a0HORIZON 2020<\/strong>\u00a0Hibe Program\u0131, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en y\u00fcksek b\u00fct\u00e7eli hibe program\u0131d\u0131r.
