Tahvillerin \u0130rlanda Borsas\u0131\u2019nda i\u015flem g\u00f6rmesi planlan\u0131yor. SOCAR T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin i\u015ftiraki olan, T\u00fcrkiye’nin ilk ve tek entegre petrokimya tesisi Petkim, 26 Ocak 2018\u2019de 500 milyon dolarl\u0131k tahvil ihrac\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftiriyor. \u0130rlanda Borsas\u0131\u2019nda i\u015flem g\u00f6rmesi planlanan \"\"tahviller ile ilgili olarak talep toplama i\u015flemleri tamamland\u0131. Kupon oran\u0131 faizi sabit y\u0131ll\u0131k y\u00fczde 5,875; sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131 nominal de\u011ferin y\u00fczde 99,467\u2019si olarak belirlenen ihra\u00e7ta, faiz \u00f6demeleri 26 Temmuz 2018 tarihinden itibaren 6 ayda bir, ilgili y\u0131l\u0131n 26 Temmuz ve 26 Ocak tarihlerinde yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

\u0130hra\u00e7la ilgili a\u00e7\u0131klama yapan Petkim Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Anar Mammadov, ihra\u00e7 tutar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7 kat\u0131 talep ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Bunun Petkim\u2019e ve T\u00fcrkiye\u2019ye olan g\u00fcvenin \u00f6nemli bir g\u00f6stergesi oldu\u011funun alt\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7izen Mammadov, \u201cPetkim\u2019in k\u00e2rl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 son y\u0131llarda rekor \u00fcst\u00fcne rekor k\u0131rarken, T\u00fcrkiye ekonomisi de istikrarl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmesini s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyor. Tahvil ihrac\u0131ndan elde edilecek gelirle \u015firketin yak\u0131n zamanda a\u00e7\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 STAR Rafineri ortakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 finanse edeceklerini an\u0131msatan Mammadov, s\u00f6zlerini \u015f\u00f6yle s\u00fcrd\u00fcrd\u00fc: \u201cSTAR Rafineri hem T\u00fcrkiye i\u00e7in hem de bizim hammadde g\u00fcvenli\u011fimizin sa\u011flanmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok stratejik bir tesis.
