Bu durum gelecekte bug\u00fcnk\u00fcnden daha uzun ve \u015fiddetli kurakl\u0131klar\u0131n s\u0131kl\u0131kla ya\u015fanmas\u0131 olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131yor. Su ihtiyac\u0131 y\u00fcksek olan bitkilerin kurak b\u00f6lgelerde yeti\u015ftirilmesine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131lan sulama ama\u00e7l\u0131 kuyular\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131 nedeniyle yeralt\u0131 su seviyesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Son 15 y\u0131lda Konya Ovas\u0131\u2019nda 30 metreye varan su seviyesi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ve artan obruk say\u0131lar\u0131, Mardin K\u0131z\u0131ltepe\u2019de son 20 y\u0131lda kuyu derinli\u011finin 125 metreden 470 metreye ula\u015fmas\u0131 bu konuda ciddi \u00f6nlemler al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6steriyor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nlemler var<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Kurakl\u0131k riskinin giderek artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00fclkemizde, bu do\u011fal afete kar\u015f\u0131 haz\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in eylem planlar\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131, iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle etkili m\u00fccadele edilmesi, kurak d\u00f6nemlerde sigorta g\u00f6revi g\u00f6ren yeralt\u0131 sular\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve t\u00fcm \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalara \u00e7er\u00e7eve olu\u015fturmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan do\u011fan\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetecek bir su kanununun yasala\u015fmas\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>Orman ve Su \u0130\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n \u201cUlusal Kurakl\u0131k Y\u00f6netimi Eylem Stratejisi\u201dni haz\u0131rlamas\u0131 ve havzalarda kurakl\u0131k y\u00f6netim planlar\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 konusundaki giri\u015fimleri bu kapsamdaki olumlu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Haz\u0131rlanmakta olan kurakl\u0131k eylem planlar\u0131n\u0131n etkin olarak uygulanmas\u0131nda kamu kurumlar\u0131 ve sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinin i\u015f birli\u011finin tesis edilmesi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Bununla beraber T\u00fcrkiye iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fine uyum s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinde al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u00f6nlemlerden uzak duruyor. 2012 y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de k\u00f6m\u00fcr y\u0131l\u0131 ilan edilmesi ile birlikte, k\u00f6m\u00fcr madencili\u011fi ve k\u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc termik santral yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 te\u015fvik ediliyor.
