IICEC\u2019in d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce, analiz ve i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 dinamiklerini birle\u015ftiren bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma merkezi oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen Prof. Difiglio, \u201cAra\u015ft\u0131rmalar ve devlet politikalar\u0131, sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir aksiyonlar\u0131yla desteklenmedi\u011fi s\u00fcrece kesin \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131lar \u00fcretemez. IICEC; kamu, i\u015f d\u00fcnyas\u0131 ve akademi \u00fc\u00e7geninin merkezinde oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, analiz yaparak yeni ara\u015ft\u0131rma yay\u0131nlar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131yor, enerji pazar\u0131na d\u00fczenli bilgilendirme yap\u0131yor ve uzman a\u011f\u0131n\u0131 geni\u015fletiyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Enerji arz-talep dengesini uzun vadeli ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde olu\u015fturmam\u0131z gerekiyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcS\u0130AD Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Erol Bilecik<\/strong> ise toplant\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 konu\u015fmada, enerji yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n kalk\u0131nman\u0131n s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi i\u00e7in stratejik bir \u00f6neme sahip oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201cK\u00fcresel bir problem olan iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finden en fazla etkilenecek b\u00f6lgeler aras\u0131nday\u0131z. \u00dclkemiz, enerjide yakla\u015f\u0131k %75 oran\u0131nda d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131. Bu d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 azaltmak i\u00e7in elimizde \u00e7ok iyi bir f\u0131rsat var: R\u00fczgar ve g\u00fcne\u015f gibi yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok zengin bir potansiyele sahibiz. Bu potansiyelden maksimum derecede faydalanmal\u0131y\u0131z\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>Enerji arz g\u00fcvenli\u011finin kalk\u0131nman\u0131n \u00f6nemli parametreleri aras\u0131nda yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yleyen <strong>Erol Bilecik, <\/strong>\u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu: \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin hem sosyal geli\u015fme, hem ekonomik b\u00fcy\u00fcme hedefleri bunu gerektiriyor. Enerji arz-talep dengesini uzun vadeli ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fekilde olu\u015fturmam\u0131z gerekiyor. Bunun i\u00e7in de kesinlikle \u015feffaf, \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclebilir ve daha rekabet\u00e7i bir piyasa tesis etmeliyiz. Enerji verimlili\u011finde h\u0131zla yol almay\u0131 da \u00f6nemli bir hedef olarak g\u00f6rmemiz gerekiyor. Kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r olarak, yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 maksimum derecede devreye sokacak bir ekosistemi kararl\u0131l\u0131kla tesis etmemiz gerekti\u011fine inan\u0131yoruz. Bu noktada, yat\u0131r\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik edecek d\u00fczenleyici \u00e7er\u00e7eveyi ve uygulamay\u0131 en etkin \u015fekilde m\u00fcmk\u00fcn k\u0131lacak \u015febeke altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kritik \u00f6nemde g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015fta konu\u015fan TBMM Sanayi, Ticaret, Enerji, Tabii Kaynaklar, Bilgi ve Teknoloji Komisyonu Ba\u015fkan\u0131<strong> Ziya Altunyald\u0131z<\/strong> ise \u201cT\u00fcrkiye, son y\u0131llarda b\u00fcy\u00fcmenin h\u0131z\u0131yla enerji talebini her y\u0131l y\u00fczde 5 art\u0131ran bir \u00fclke. Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin avantaj\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirterek, \u201c\u00d6zel sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn lokomotif oldu\u011fu enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde, \u00fcretimden da\u011f\u0131t\u0131ma b\u00fcy\u00fcme \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcs\u00fc var. Elektrikte liberalle\u015fmede \u00f6nemli bir a\u015fama kaydettik. Bunu do\u011falgazda da yapmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz. Yenilenebilir kaynaklar olmazsa olmaz\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABD, kaya petrol\u00fc ve kaya gaz\u0131nda d\u00fcnya liderli\u011fine ilerliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Toplant\u0131da yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 sunumda \u00f6zellikle ABD, \u00c7in ve Hindistan pazarlar\u0131ndaki h\u0131zl\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fime dikkat \u00e7eken IICEC Onursal Ba\u015fkan\u0131 ve Uluslararas\u0131 Enerji Ajans\u0131 (IEA) Ba\u015fkan\u0131 <strong>Dr. Fatih Birol\u00ad<\/strong>, \u00c7in\u2019deki de\u011fi\u015fimin bir kez daha d\u00fcnya enerji piyasalar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyece\u011fini belirterek, \u201c\u00c7in, n\u00fckleer enerji konusunda b\u00fcy\u00fck ad\u0131mlar at\u0131yor. Maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcp n\u00fckleer enerji teknolojisi ihra\u00e7 eden \u00fclke haline gelecek\u201d dedi. ABD\u2019de enerji sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ya\u015fananlar\u0131n herkesi derinden etkileyece\u011fini s\u00f6yleyen Fatih Birol, \u015f\u00f6yle konu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cD\u00fc\u015fen petrol fiyatlar\u0131na ra\u011fmen ABD, d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck kaya petrol\u00fc ve kaya gaz\u0131 \u00fcreticisi olmaya devam edecek. Yeni kaynaklar\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck maliyetle kullan\u0131ma a\u00e7\u0131labilmesi, ABD&#8217;nin petrol ve gaz \u00fcretimini di\u011fer \u00fclkelerin ula\u015fabildi\u011finden daha y\u00fcksek bir d\u00fczeye \u00e7ekiyor. Do\u011falgazda zaten net ihracat\u00e7\u0131 olan ABD, 2020 sonu itibariyle petrolde de net ihracat\u00e7\u0131 konumuna geliyor.<strong>\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Fatih Birol, D\u00fcnya Enerji G\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fc 2017 ile ilgili \u015fu bilgileri payla\u015ft\u0131:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cRapor, k\u00fcresel enerji i\u00e7in farkl\u0131 yollar tarif ediyor. K\u00fcresel enerji ihtiyac\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015fe k\u0131yasla daha az, ama 2040&#8217;a kadar %30 oran\u0131nda artacak. \u00c7in, artan talebi kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in 2040 y\u0131l\u0131na kadar mevcut elektrik altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bir ABD kadar daha geni\u015fletmek zorunda; Hindistan&#8217;\u0131n ise bug\u00fcnk\u00fc Avrupa Birli\u011fi b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde bir elektrik \u015febekesi eklemesi gerekiyor. \u00c7in ve Hindistan\u2019\u0131n kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 teknoloji, maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrecek. D\u00fcnyan\u0131n giderek artan enerji ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lama y\u00f6ntemi son 25 y\u0131la k\u0131yasla b\u00fcy\u00fck bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik ge\u00e7iriyor. \u0130lk s\u0131ray\u0131 do\u011falgaz al\u0131yor, arkas\u0131ndan da yenilenebilir enerjilerin y\u00fckseli\u015fi ve enerji verimlili\u011fi geliyor. Yenilenebilir kaynaklar esas talepteki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n %40&#8217;\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yor, elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde ya\u015fanan yenilenebilir enerji patlamas\u0131, k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn alt\u0131n \u00e7a\u011f\u0131n\u0131n sona erdi\u011fine i\u015faret ediyor. Bunun \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu da in\u015faat halindeki santrallerden kaynaklan\u0131yor. Hindistan&#8217;\u0131n enerji kaynaklar\u0131nda k\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fcn pay\u0131 2040&#8217;ta y\u00fczde 50\u2019nin alt\u0131na inecek. Do\u011falgaz kullan\u0131m\u0131 ise 2040&#8217;ta %45&#8217;e ula\u015f\u0131rken, elektrik sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde kullan\u0131m alan\u0131 giderek darald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye en elveri\u015fli alan sanayi olacak. N\u00fckleer enerjide, \u00c7in, \u00fcretimdeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. 2030 itibariyle ABD&#8217;yi geride b\u0131rakarak d\u00fcnyan\u0131n en b\u00fcy\u00fck n\u00fckleer enerji \u00fcreticisi haline geliyor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elektrik, nihai t\u00fcketimin %40\u2019\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturacak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Elektrik enerjiden daha h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcyor. Yak\u0131n gelecekte d\u00fcnya elektrik talebi %60tan fazla b\u00fcy\u00fcyecek. Petrol ve do\u011falgazdan daha fazla yat\u0131r\u0131m alacak. Elektri\u011fin 2040&#8217;a kadar nihai t\u00fcketimin %40&#8217;\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturacak, bu da petrol\u00fcn son 25 y\u0131ldaki b\u00fcy\u00fcmesine e\u015fit. Elektrik talebindeki art\u0131\u015f\u0131n \u00fc\u00e7te birini, end\u00fcstriyel elektrik motoru sistemleri olu\u015fturuyor.
