Y\u00fcksekli\u011fi 28,5 metrenin alt\u0131nda olan binalarda ise ta\u015fy\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn yan\u0131 s\u0131ra EPS veya XPS de kullanmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn. Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe g\u00f6re EPS ve XPS ile yap\u0131lan uygulamalarda pencere kenarlar\u0131na \u00fcstten en az 30 cm, yanlardan ise en az 15\u2019er cm ta\u015fy\u00fcn\u00fc gibi yanmaz malzemeler ile bariyer yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekli. Ayr\u0131ca e\u011fer EPS ve XPS ile mantolama \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc olu\u015fturduysan\u0131z zemin seviyesinden 1,5 metrelik mesafede, \u00fczerinin yanmayan bir malzeme ile kaplanmas\u0131 gereklidir.
