Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015fimini destekleyen bir ba\u015fka \u00f6nemli geli\u015fme, 90&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llarda \u00e7evre bilincinin ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131yla oldu.
