Ko\u00e7yi\u011fit, \u201cEnerjide d\u0131\u015fa ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 \u00fclkemizde, y\u00fckselen enerji fiyatlar\u0131 ve fosil enerji kaynaklar\u0131ndaki azalmada g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcne al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, bu t\u00fcr binalar\u0131n artmas\u0131 hem sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z-\u00e7evremiz, hem de \u00fclke ekonomimiz a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00e7ok \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131maktad\u0131r\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 minimum<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Steelife Genel M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Mimar B\u00fclent Ayd\u0131n, Ekolojik Ev\u2019in do\u011falgaz ve herhangi bir ba\u015fka enerjiye ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan kendi kendine yetebilen bir yap\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirtti. Enerji verimlilik hesaplar\u0131n\u0131n \u0130T\u00dc Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Zerrin Y\u0131lmaz taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydeden Ayd\u0131n, proje koordinat\u00f6rl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn de \u0130T\u00dc Mimarl\u0131k Fak\u00fcltesi ve Technobee Academy \u00d6\u011fretim \u00dcyesi Prof. Dr. Atilla Dikba\u015f\u2019\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fctt\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yledi.<br \/>\nG\u00fcne\u015f enerjisinden maksimum seviyede yararlan\u0131lan ve geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcml\u00fc malzemeden \u00fcretilen Ekolojik Ev\u2019de karbon sal\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n minimum seviyede oldu\u011funu belirten B\u00fclent Ayd\u0131n, binan\u0131n elektrik enerjisi ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131ya yerle\u015ftirilen 27 adet fotovoltaik panelle kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade etti. Tasar\u0131m a\u015famas\u0131nda panel sisteminin binan\u0131n ihtiyac\u0131 olan y\u0131ll\u0131k 3.400 kWh elektrik enerjisi \u00fcretmek \u00fczere planland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren B\u00fclent Ayd\u0131n, binan\u0131n i\u015fletmeye al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 son bir y\u0131l i\u00e7inde toplam elektrik \u00fcretiminin 3.800 kWh olarak hedeflenenin \u00fczerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011fini vurgulad\u0131. 4 adet kullan\u0131lan termal panelle de hem s\u0131cak su \u00fcretimi yap\u0131l\u0131p hem de yerden \u0131s\u0131tmaya destek sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirten B\u00fclent Ayd\u0131n, hava kaynakl\u0131 \u0131s\u0131 pompas\u0131 ile de \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futman\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi\u011fini vurgulad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ya\u011fmur suyu depolama sistemine sahip<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Geri kazan\u0131m cihaz\u0131 ile ortama s\u00fcrekli taze havan\u0131n da sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Ayd\u0131n, evde ya\u011fmur suyu depolama sisteminin de oldu\u011funu kaydetti. Gri su ar\u0131tma sistemi sayesinde lavabolardan toplanan gri suyun ar\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve bah\u00e7e sulamada kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren Ayd\u0131n, b\u00f6ylece y\u00fczde 70\u2019e varan su tasarrufu sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yledi. Ayd\u0131n, merkezi toz emme sistemi olan Ekolojik Ev\u2019de t\u00fcm ayd\u0131nlatmalarda minimum enerji t\u00fcketimi sa\u011flayan LED ayd\u0131nlatma armat\u00fcrlerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade ederek, evdeki lavabo ve du\u015ftaki armat\u00fcrlerin de tasarruflu armat\u00fcrler oldu\u011funu s\u00f6zlerine ekledi.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ekolojik Ev hafif \u00e7elik yap\u0131 sistemi ile in\u015fa edildi<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ekolojik Ev\u2019i in\u015fa ederken kulland\u0131klar\u0131 hafif \u00e7elik yap\u0131 sisteminin \u00f6ncelikle bir sanayi \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olmas\u0131 ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kontrol edilebilir, hesaplanabilir, teknolojik altyap\u0131s\u0131 ile ekolojik bir ev i\u00e7in ideal bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 noktas\u0131 oldu\u011funu belirten B\u00fclent Ayd\u0131n, hafif \u00e7elik yap\u0131 sisteminin y\u00fcksek ses ve \u0131s\u0131 izolasyonlar\u0131na sahip oldu\u011funu kaydetti.
